Hi, how many days takes to fix the mail server? I am over a week with many mail delays. I receive mails with a big delay, some mails I never receive them. What is going on guys!!!

Office experiences mail-client problems
Good afternoon, The office experiences problems with their mail-clients. The employees inboxes are rebuilding or keep syncing. Because I don't work there I can't really seem to find the problem. Internet (browsing) works fine and there are no incorrect settings to be found on the settings panel for each of the users. Delay in outgoing emails now?
There now seems to be a delay in outgoing emails. Sent test emails to a gmail account as well as an account though Microsoft exchange, and neither has been received. Please look into it. Dear Support Team, I have asked many times on zoho forum but my all questions are waiting for some moderator to approve. So i am asking here, I have email hosting with zoho. I have to enter zoho spf record in my DNS. There are TWO zoho spf records as given below according to your website, v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all So my question is which one should i use? Mail won't send or recieve
I set up my mail a while ago in preparation one of the email worked then. I made an second email which did not work. I reset up the records with godaddy and the test emails then worked. Now it has suddenly stopped again.... Never changed anything simply logged out thinking it was fixed logged back in to start using and it is not working....

Mail Outgoing blocked
Hi, One of my accounts (adm@damha1piracicaba.com.br) was blocked and I've received the message :" Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=20] " But I cannot enable it again on the control panel. Could you please, unblock my account? MX Records for Wix
Hi, Following Zoho Admin's mail of November 14 regarding MX records, we found that ours were not correct however we were not able to change them. Our website and domain are hosted by Wix and the step by step instruction you provided to change the MX records seem not to be updated and do not match the current Wix interface. How is spam handled via imap client?
How do I handle spam in Zoho via imap client? Mark an email as spam --> move the email to spam folder. Mark an email as not spam --> move the email to inbox. Is that how it works? Use Outlook and Store All Mail in Zoho
Good morning from the UK, New user trialing Zoho here. We currently use Outlook for emails due to the auto text ability. I would like to create an email using Outlook and store it against the customer in Zoho, is this possible? On top of this we need all incoming and outgoing emails into Outlook stored in Zoho. Or, are we forced to use Zoho Mail for all communication? Best regards Chris

IMAP client always shows Downloading Messages
I've got my Zoho account setup on my Mac using Mail as the client using IMAP. It has worked fine for months. After the recent IMAP issues, the account started acting strange, even after the problems were said to have been solved on Zoho's end. My Mail client just always shows "Downloading Messages." It's been showing "5,517 of 6,041" messages for hours. (See screen shot.) Thing is, the emails on my Mac appear to be completely synced with Zoho webmail. There doesn't appear to be anything left to download!
Incoming Emails delay

pdf not opening when using outlook
Hi, I've got a problem when accessing my zoho account through outlook. Any pdfs that are sent to me are reported as damaged or not coded correctly. They open fine when I access the email account through the website, do I need to ammend some settings or something? Any help would be appreciated. Sam
Account set up - access to super admin functions control panel
Just signed up to Zoho - accounts not working properly? Each email seems to have own account? But created under one registration process. Forums say to manage accounts need to log in as Super Admin but no clear instructions on how to do that? Do not seem to have access to a control panel under account created? Corrupt emails when sent from Outlook (ActiveSync)
When I send emails from outlook to certain third parties my emails are corrupt when they arrive. The subject line is blank, and the body of the message is replaced by two symbols resembling questions marks in boxes and the letter j. e.g. "??j" However when I look in my sent items in outlook and via the zoho web interface the original email is fine. And when I resend via the zoho web interface it goes though fine. I have recreated this on two different machines and with at least 5 separate third

Zoho Admin This is serious, what the hell is going on with your servers? I have thousands of saved emails in my inbox that have apparently gone away or been deleted in the last 24 hours and the IMAP continues to plague all users it appears with long timeouts and denials. Hi, I want to use ZohoMail for my domain, I bought domain from namesilo.com and i have added your MX records on Friday, so as I know it would take some time to take effects since DNS Updates it can take up to 48 hours, so it's been more than 48 hours and the problem it is that, I can send emails for example mike@mydomain.com to mike@gmail.com, but I can not receive emails to mike@mydomain.com !? Add POP Account Creates Separate Inbox
Hi, I successfully added 2 pop accounts (gmail and yahoo). However, when the messages are downloaded to my account they are placed in a separate inbox folder. I thought they would be tagged with the account name and placed into a single inbox as this is the way that every other mail client I have used managed having multiple accounts. Is there a way to configure the inbox so that all POP accounts arrive to a single inbox? My goal is to stop using my old email addresses and just use my new zoho address
