PHP mail()
I have a php mail() script for my contact form on my website hosted on godaddy. It works when sending to other addresses, but when I try to send to one of my zoho mail accounts, I don't receive the email. My zoho account receives email fine for everything else so far. Is there something I have to enable in zoho configuration in order to get email from php, or some sort of headers my email needs for zoho to receive it?
Not receiving email, or receiving it hours late
My account receives some emails hours late. Also, 4 out of 5 times that I try to log-in every day, the site will not load.

I have deleted my inbox and trash by mistake
All emails have been deleted and trash emptied by mistake. I have written to Zoho three times to ask for help and no-one has come back to me. Does anyone know how I can retrieve these?
A records point to mail server?
Mailboxes set up, waiting for MX name changes to go through. I no longer have a website under my domain name and instead of it pointing to a Network Solutions under construction site (severely lame) I was thinking I'd just like it to go straight to my web mail, but I don't know what to put in the A Name records. Alternatively is there a place to park a simple page and point at that? (I know that's out of the range of email..)

Email Outgoing Name is not Updating
Hi, I have signed up with Zoho free mail plan. My domain Name is illuminato.co.in. While Initial Signup I gave my full name as sarathchandran and i have tried modifying it as Sarath Balasundaram in the User profile / Super Admin name. However, the Outgoing mails still reflect sarathchandran as my name. Please advise. Regards
Different MX Records? Sent email?
Hello! When I first added the MX Records in my domain DNS zone file, the instruction said "mx.zohomail.com" and "mx2.zohomail.com". Now I noticed in "Email Hosting Steps" it says: Only the below MX Entries should be present in your DNS to receive emails directly in Zoho Mail. MX Records Host Priority mx.zoho.com @ 10 mx2.zoho.com @ 20 Also, the SPF instructions says "v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all". Does it make a difference? Should I change my MX records? Storage Question
Hi, I manage 9 different email accounts within 1 ZOHO account. I purchased the premium plan (25 GB). Where can I see how much space the email accounts use all together? 25 GB does not mean 25 GB for every email account, right? It means 25 GB shared by my 9 email accounts? Do I get a warning message when my mail quota is exceeded in order to purchase more storage? Kind regards, Oliver

Why are you guys not sending an In-Reply-To header for replies?
Some email clients are not able to thread messages because no In-Reply-To header is present. Is there a good reason why you're not including it?
Hi - Changed CNAME to ZOHO but can't receive email (can send ok)
Hi there - just signed up for ZOHO Mail and like the feel of it so far. Just have a couple of problems! 1. Can't receive email Did some test emails and can send no problem but can't receive emails. Sent (from ZOHO) to GMAIL and the GMAIL address received the email. Replied (from GMAIL) but didn't receive in ZOHO. I changed the CNAME to verify my account no problems but I think the problem may be with the TXT records??? This email address was verified by Google previously and the Google verification
no transfer due to delays
Hello everybody, I got a huge problem with sending and receiving mails through outlook at windows 7. The synch with zoho mail servers takes too long so unfortunatelly I can't send and receive mails. I tried every available SMTP and POP settings but nothing works out. MX toolbox shows a TTL of 60 minutes for mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com I attached the traceroute of mail.zoho.com and crm.zoho.com. E-mail problem within "Potential"
When I am in the potential module I can send e-mails and they appear in the "Contact" and the "CRM e-mail", but no e-mail logs show up in the "Potential". How can this be fixed??? Also, I can not get "Mail Magnet" to work. I configured the "Mail" add-on but when I click on the "Mail Magnet" icon, it says there are "no messages found" How can this be fixed???

Hi, I stupidly put "www" in front of the url I got verified. Now the "add users" setup is listing all my email addresses as example@www.in-teams.com And since it did verify that way, the system doesn't let me edit the url without the www. Help! Mitch

Zoho mail servers not receiving or delivering mail
Looks like there might be an issue with the Zoho mail servers since I'm unable to receive mail. I use McAfee SaaS for filtering and the McAfee logs show that it is unable to deliver mail to the Zoho server. Exact message is: Recipient Disposition: [250 FailSafe Queue (Backend Defer FailSafe); Mode: normal; Queued: yes; Frontend TLS: yes; SPF: None] Which means that McAfee was not able to deliver the message, is holding on to it, and will try to deliver it again later. I've set a user up on my account but when I try to activate mail I get the error "R106:Internal Error occurs". I tried to delete the account and set it up again but it won't allow me to do this either. Have anyone got any ideas of how to get around this issue?

Hi Please someone help me out. We have a domain @trxelectronics.com and till this morning everything was fine. All email account can send email normally but none of us are receiving any emails from outside the domain. I need to retrieve an email I accidentally deleted from my spam box
Hi Zoho Team, I did send an email to support(at)zohomail(dot)com last night and I also phoned Zoho to see if they could help. Yesterday evening (16th June between 8:05-8:25pm) I accidentally deleted a very important email from my spam box. I then realised by googling that once I deleted it from the spam it hasn't gone in to the trash or deleted messages. I was hoping there is some way to retrieve this mail as it was very very important and I didn't mean to delete it. Would really appreciate any help

Hi, For the past couple days, zoho mail seems to have a problem of not able to connect to the server. I experienced this problem every couple minutes. Rename templates
Hello, when inserting a template http://i.imgur.com/sW3U8Uz.png The first 20 or so characters of the template email are shown. For all the templates we use, those 20 letters are identical though, which makes it very difficult to find the correct template. Is there a way to name the templates, or number them, or so? Thanks!
Does Zoho Mail support multiple sign-in?
For example, imagine two users: bob@domain.com support@domain.com Is it possible for Bob to log-in to both accounts in a single browser session the way that you can in Google Apps? In Google you can keep the different inboxes open in their own tabs simultaneously. Does Zoho support this feature, or would you have to use two different browsers to keep both user accounts logged in?
