Após criar minha conta no zoho.com e configurar o email, estava tudo funcionando normalmente, agora envio e-mail, dar como enviado, porém chega após algumas horas no destinatario. Como proceder? [CRITICAL] cannot SEND e-mail
I was very unhappy to discover that I cannot send e-mails. Neither by webmail nor directly through SMTP. Messages appear in the webmail's "sent" folder, but none of them really hit the target. In other words: outgoing mail just stopped working today. This is a CATASTROPHE. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Zoho team - huh?
Forward e-mail from other domain to my domain at Zoho fails with 5.1.0 Address rejected
Hi, I have my e-mail domain hosted in zoho.com. I have an e-mail account, e.g. aaa@bbb.com. Now I asked somebody else to create an e-mail address for me in another domain, e.g. ccc@ddd.com which automatically forwards to aaa@bbb.com. This setup fails with a "5.1.0 Address rejected". How can I solve this? I can't add the ddd.com domain to my domains as I don't own it and it is not hosted by Zoho.com. Kind regards, Fokko

Can't set up the Zoho account on Iphone
Hi everybody, I'm trying to create a Zoho account on my Iphone following all the steps (settings>mail>create new account...) and I can not complete the set up for some reason. I am suddenly getting error messages on all my mail clients saying that no connection to the Zoho mailserver is available. Some refer to no encrypted connection being available. I can see emails using Zoho's webmail page. Is this a temporary problem? Dave

Safety leak: imap access with old password
Dear Zoho team, Yesterday evening I discovered that some email had been set to 'read', but not by me. This morning, again over 25 emails had been switched from 'unread' to 'read'. So I tried to change my password, but couldn't, because my old password was incorrect. (I had never received a password change email from zoho - or it had been deleted by the same intruder. Delay in Receiving Emails
My company has been having problems receiving emails. Some emails would be delayed as long as 5-6 hours. I know that my MX records are not pointing to zoho.com and that is because the spam is ridiculous when they are. I checked the message log from my spam service and emails are getting through but not getting to the end-user. I've had this service since around October-November of last year and has been nothing but problems. I'm getting pretty close to asking for a refund.

Is there a way to see past mail in monthly blocks? For example, when inserting a picture into an email, pictures in Picasa come up by month. Its efficient to hit one of the month files and see all pics from that month - This would be helpful to go searching old emails by month --

POP is not connecting
I am using Mail to access my Zoho mail on my desktop. It has worked fine for weeks and this morning it is telling me that it cannot access my POP mail server. All of the log-in information and SSL info has not changed. I can access mail on the web using my log-in so that isn't the issue. Any ideas? Is the Zoho POP server down? Problem with mail download
I have two mailboxes on Zoho and three mailboxes on other servers which I download with my Outlook (2007) via pop/smtp access. Unable to set up a new mailbox
Hi there, Hope someone can help - we use the paid CRM for a few of our staff, and currently use the free plan of Zoho Mail. I have 6 users set up in Zoho Mail, but only three have mailboxes, the other three just say "No Mailbox". When I request admin access for a mailbox a message comes up saying a mailbox has already been assigned... but it still shows as "no mailbox" in the mail storage section. Any help much appreciated! IMAP sync stopped working Jan 21 (Windows Phone 7)
