Hiding IP address when sending e-mails from Webmail interface
Why is my IP address exposed when I send an e-mail through your webmail interface? iphone not sending email
Hello, This topic has been on the forum a couple of times, but with no answers or replies. I have set up my iPhone with my personal domain name as the instruction say to. I have updated the MX records and can send and receive email from the web, but only receive email and NOT send email from my iPhone. I have included the screen shots of the error message and my SMTP settings screen. Please let me know what I might be doing wrong here. Thank you for your time in advance.
email disappeared from inbox
I read an email this morning and when i went back to reply it had disappeared. I didn't delete it, didn't archive it. I did a search for several keywords in all folders and no sign of it. Had to ask my client to re-send it which looks somewhat unprofessional. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm now wondering if any other emails have disappeared...
Delay in Receiving Mails
Hi All, We were experiencing slowness in incoming mail queue processing earlier today which resulted in some mails being backlogged in queues. There will be some delay (of upto 30 minutes) in receiving mails due to this. I keep accidentally sending an email to the wrong Mike. when i enter the name it autocompletes to the wrong Mike. How can i remove that wrong Mike from Auto-complete in the send to field?

Hello, I've tried to log into my email account support@consult-it.cz, but it says "Invalid Password". When I try to recover my password, all I get is "Account is inactive". This is all working fine, except that it seems that I cannot use the same phone number as backup number multiple times. delayed emails
Once again, emails are being delayed. I'll tell you, every time this happens, you keep posting that we will not have these 'inconveniences' any longer. But it continues to happen. We love the user interface of your program, but, as I and others have told you in the past, it is more than an inconvenience. Our clients expect immediate responses and are not getting them. I signed up for Zoho mail yesterday. This was to make a custom email for my website mrtobyparker.com I initially made my email 'hello@mrtobyparker.com' Afterwards, I thought toby@mrtobyparker.com would be a better email. I created that address and made it my primary. However - when I open the account it still heads itself as 'hello@mrtobyparker.com'... I also cannot receive mail, would this be the cause of that?

Would like to remove a domain from free email hosting
I created an account in March for a domain I really don't use for email, just to test the process. In control panel, I removed the email hosting (I think). I have seven email users (a 6-user account plus an add-on). I need to buy another add-on user. It looks like I should be able to do it in Control Panel - Subscription - Manage (as shown in the zoho help pages ). Problems receiving emails
For this account it cannot receive emails, but can send. Other accounts on the same domain can both send and receive email with no problems, so I con't believe it's the MX records with an issue. Is it possible to examine this account and identify the issue? Thanks :)

Switching accounts does not also switch sender email address
Choosing another forwarded account doesn't seem to also change the origin address. Emails sent contain the main account address, and sometimes seem slower. It is only by changing and reselecting from the dropdown does the origin appear to update correctly, so recipient isn't confused about the sender. Long time user. Hi, In case you haven't heard about CloudMagic, it's an email app which supports various email services including Zoho. We have a lot of Zoho users who use CloudMagic. CloudMagic was able to sync all Zoho accounts with out any problems. But, we've noticed that syncing is stopped for all these users from yesterday. Incomplete mx instructions
I accidently closed my web browser while setting up email with own domain. I didn't get to do the bit that said "if you do not do this you cannot recieve email" now I cannot recieve email! the reply to the sender says "No MX or A records for fitzroyhelicopters.com" How do I get back to complete setup?
Help Me Find My MAIL!?!?
I'm a "free" account member and have been for about a year. Lately when I try to access my mail account I get a prescreen that tries to upgrade to a larger business account, and that's ok, I understand that and hope to be able next year to expand my services as my small business grows, but it's an endless loop of the advertising and sometimes I never am able to get into my mail.
