my gmail account don't work any more!!
Hello i use zoho mail for few month, i've 6 account from many domains and since one week i don't receive my mail but only for one domain wich is the @gmail.com domain. the other domain still working. i've verify in the gmail parameter and in zoho but i'don't find any thing wrong so if somebody could help me i will be very happy. as you can see i'm not english, i'm french. Is there a way I can keep messages in my "sent" and "trash" folders for longer? I often find myself wanting to look up old emails but cannot, it seems they are deleted on a certain date or once a certain quantity is reached. In addition, is there a way I can set up predictive text in the "to" field when I compose an email, so it can look up all email addresses I have previously sent to and find the address I am looking for?
Can't login as forgot password - have email account with Zoho catch 22

Hi, I can't reveive emails sent to my custom domain address (admin@mydomain.com) but can only receive emails sent from my custom domain (admin@mydomain.com). I works fine on my friends account but fails on my own account with same settings. This is frustrating. What should I do ? Thanks!

We have been using gmail in conjunction with zoho but are now wanting to switch to use zoho as our email client instead. We are using the same domain name @thehireconnection.net and have already verified ownership. As we began adding new users, most were added with minimal problems but two came back with the same error message (different email addresses of course) and I am not sure what it means, nor are the individual users.
