No Incoming mail even after you claim it has been fixed.
Haven't received any incoming mail for nearly 18 hours. I can send mail from my account to my account but nothing from 3rd party accounts like everyone else. Obviously in desperate need of my email being fixed. When can I expect to be back online?
Customer complaining of receiving multiple times same mails
We have configured Zoho Free 10 users with MS Outlook client as a POP client as follows: Outlook 2010 with Windows 7 Outlook 2013 with Windows 8 The machines are configured for different mail users. However, whenever both are sending mails out, people are complaining of receiving the same mail for atleast 7 to 8 times. Kindly suggest and help.
Never received zoho acct confirmation email at aol address. Can't send zoho email.
I set up a https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/email (while logged into Zoho) to request another confirmation, but I still didn't get anything at the aol email address. My Zoho email profile says that I am "Not confirmed yet". I am concerned that I will get locked out of my Zoho email account until my Zoho profile says "Confirmed". Even while logged into Zoho I can't send email.
Yahoo, Gmail, AOL and FastMail all have implemented DKIM for spam control when will Zoho do the same?
As stated in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DomainKeys_Identified_Mail DKIM is widely implemented and can form part of a spam control solution (it does for some pretty large mail providers). I get too many emails through to my inbox that are clearly spam and I want Zoho to do / be better.
Not able to add user
I am trying to add new user ashish@pourbrands.com but I get an error that user already exists. I do not see the user added in my list. Could you please delete the user if already exists, so that I can create again, or provide me access of this account?

I have added my domain and it is verified, but I can't receive emails.
My domain is with godaddy. I have added my domain in the zoho control panel and it shows as verified. I have also registered the CNAME and the MX records. I can send emails out, but can't receive any and don't know where the problem is.

Hi everyone. I am not receiving email on any of the accounts for my domain (redtrainwebservices.com). I can send email from those email addresses without a problem, but I cannot receive mail on any account. I have tried sending emails to these accounts from two different comcast accounts, a gmail account, and a yahoo mail account. Unstable work of Mail
We have noticed some unstable work of mail servers. Outlook shows disconnection status every 2 minutes, sometimes it states that cannot find server. We have tried through different server providers. Same problems. Connecting web interface also shows some lags as it refreshes with delays. Thank you

Problem with Zoho IMAP servers?
I can not seem to access my mail via IMAP for the last 20-30 minutes. Even ping of imap.zoho.com returns request timeout. Is this a server issue or a problem on my end?

why tasks assigned to another person show up on their calenders?
I am assigning tasks to other persons, both from my personal and groups, and the tasks do not show up in the persons calender view, why not? should a date specific task, which all are, show up on either the personal calender of the person it is assigned to, or if it was assigned under a group, in the assigned persons calender view for that group?

Importing Outlook Groups, and setting up new mailing groups in Zoho
Hi I have recently set up my Zoho Account but am going round in circles trying to work out how to set up lists of recipients of emails. I want to be able to do what Outlook does - call a group "friends" and add individual email addresses from my contacts so that when I want to send an email to "Friends", all I need type in the "To" box is "Friends" not each and every recipient individually. How do I do this? I do NOT want to have to send them all an invite to join a Zoho Group. Paul H

I've commented on the other forums, but it says that my posts are awaiting moderation. I have not been properly receiving emails since about 10:00am. Every once and a while an email will come through, but greatly delayed. I'm also getting emails in threads out of order.

Hi, since 8 hours ago, I'm not able to receive e-mails. Some friends that are using Zoho Mail with other domains aren't receiving e-mails too. this is bloody pathetic. Problem for me started nearly 12 hours ago. over 6 hours ago it's claimed to be fixed. 30 minutes ago there is a pinned post claiming everything is resolved, sorry guys.... well it's still not working for me.
