Hello, After setting up the emails and pointing the MX records I can send out emails, but can't receive. They bounce back, with the error message: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: jen@thefitplanet.com Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: Address resolution of thefitplanet.com . failed: Domain name not found I have attached a pic of how I set up the MX records in Hostway. The Check box next to "Trust this browser" should not be checked off by default
Hello, I use two factor authentication. On the page titled "Sign-in Code Verification" there is a small check box near the words "Trust this browser" that is by default checked off. Sometimes, I forget to uncheck it and as a result have to delete all my cookies. How about having it unchecked by default and users who want their browser to be trusted will check it off once and that will be it. This way users who don't want their browser to be trusted don't have to keep unchecking it.
resetting password
I have e-mailed support for help in resetting my password for my business account. Still have not yet heard back, which is causing me problems not having access to my account. What can I do to get help and have this problem fixed as soon as possible.
Problem with new mail and CRM connection
Hi Support, I have a major problem. Let me shortly explain: I have CRM Plus. Then I subscribed also to the Zoho Mail 10GB plan. CRM and Mail was used with a zoho mail address (username@zoho.com). Now I have created my external e-mail Address with Zoho, according to the guidelines "Business Email Hosting with Zoho". I have connected my domain, set up the e-mail address, user etc. NOW... I have the login with this new (my old) email address (info@mycompany.com), but CRM with the zoho mail (username@zoho.com).
Problem with contact forms on my site...
So, I've been having an issue with my contact forms that I can't figure out. Thought I'd see if anyone had an answer. - My contact forms ONLY work if I use my gmail address as the address of the person filling out the form. For all other addresses, the form doesn't go through. (That is the email I originally used to sign up with Zoho. Not sure what that means) - To try and fix this, I've installed the WordPress plugin 'Configure SMTP.' I've attached a screen shot of the settings I'm using.

Hi Just installed zoho and using it successfully. Is it possible for zoho to accept mails from my domain, but sent through smtp server internal to my office? To put it simply, here is my situation: assuming mydomain.com and user info@mydomain.com sending to user@mydomain.com In zoho (webmail / pop / smtp ) it works perfectly. In my office, i have one machine with smtp server installed, sending mail as "info@mydomain.com" (needed for an internal application and a scanner). Mails go through successfully

Preferable pop3 account or zoho mail?
Hi support, first I had the username@zoho.com as my default e-mail address with Zoho Mail. Then I created the pop3 account with my business e-mail to fetch all mails. Then I found out that I cannot forward any mails (or create forward filters) with pop3 accounts. So I reversed all and got back to the zoho mail. However, WHAT is the preferred method in Zoho Mail? Should I have my own pop3 account? I know that in Zoho Support pop3 is deprecated and forwarding method is the preferred one. So, in Zoho

I cannot forward mail in the filter of my pop3 account
Hi, I had set up filters to forward specific mails to another e-mail address with my username@zoho.com account. All was fine. Then I created another mail account, my own business mail from my server and added it as pop3 account. I wanted to create the same filters, but there is NO option to forward the mails. How come?? Mail Filter Do Not Deliver to Spam Folder
Seems like spam check gets invoked before the mail filters and overwrites it. Is there a way to set up a mail filter to skip sending certain email in to the spam folder. Seems like even if I tell the filter to deliver certain mail to Inbox, it does not if it's flagged as spam.

Hello I'm new to this platform. Can any one help please. We need to 1) To be able to add many domains 2) To be able to create many email addresses per domain 3) And able to access each inbox from same central account as opposed to having to log out and log in to the individual email accounts. Does zoho platform provide such? Which is the paid plans would have above feature? Each I want to upgrade,I get pretty easily confused as to what package would fit into above requirements. Forward Zoho Email Account to Google Groups list
I created a new email address and want to forward all emails that arrive there to a google groups email list. I added a forward to the google groups email address (****@googlegroups.com) and added the zoho email address as a member to the google group. Zoho said a confirmation email was sent and I needed to click it before the forwarding would take effect. I see no confirmation email. Has anyone successfully done what I am trying to do? Any advice? Here is something I find I am missing when I create a letter. When I Bullet Point a section, it can only be numbers. Is there a way to have numbers... and when it is indented, or a child paragraph, it contains a letter? So now I can only get it to do this: Parent Child..... Attempting to setup first pop3 account to access my live.com mail inside Zoho mail. I've spent hours trying to figure it out and have not found any solution. The error appears to indicate that I need to login to my live.com email so I 've done that several times even from different browsers and waiting between long periods in case Live.com flagged\blocked the request after successive attempts. Hi my email address is searry@zoho.com. I had to re-install google chrome. I then tried to log into my mail but have forgotten my email. I tried to do reset password and it sent the link to my Lycos email, but I have forgotten the password for that as well. Cannot receive email
I have 9 user accounts yet the last account I created is the only one giving me problem. I cannot receive emails from hosts other than zoho. When I between by zoho accounts it works fine. Hello, I am trying to migrate my eMail Accounts from Google Aps to zohomail. The domain is registered with GoDaddy.com. In doing so, I am facing the following challenges: 1. Godaddy requests an IP Address instead of zmverify.zoho.com. I googled around to get the IP Address, but the same doesn't seem to be working. 2. I am now unable to access my account using my eMail ayahoo2012@gmail.com and am suggested that the account is not active. Can you please check both these issues and revert?

BUG "Mailbox Locked"
The past two days I have had off-and-on delays of up to 2 hours in receiving emails, I checked my webmail directly from my hosting provider and there are no issues on that end. Now I am also receiving a "Mailbox Locked" Error as well as "EOF on Socket" when I try to check my messages. This is frustrating as Zoho mail has become my main mail client.
