HTML verification failed
Greetings! I want to use Zoho Mail service on stud.ro and I encountered some difficulties validating it. I created zohoverify and uploaded the html file provided at stud.ro/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html. Although it displays the 13 digit code, for some reason Zoho refuses to verify this domain. Can you help me? I only have acces to the webhosting panel. Thank you!
Delayed emails for one user
Hello I have migrated and pointed the MX record to ZoHo about 2 weeks ago. Of about 35 users, there's one user that is not getting or emails are delayed for a long period of time. I'm not sure what would be causing this because it's only that one user and no one else.
Parsing error
Hi, when I try to check my zoho inbox a box pops up that says parsing error. I also bunk my emails are not being recieved because I sent myself one from another address and it wit show up in my zoho inbox. Anyone have a way to fix this? Thanks!
Whitelisted Domain management UI won't page
Part of the problem I'm having managing my org's whitelisted domains is that the paging feature (1-25, 26-50, etc.) isn't working. When I click the arrows to go between pages, it does not show the next set of entries. I know there are more than 25 because I can search and find entries that aren't in the first 25. When will this be fixed?

Remove @zoho address from "From" dropdown?
Is it possible to remove the @zoho address from the "from" drop down in the mail app? I have my "myname@domain.us" address set as my primary, so its automatically selected when I go into the app, but it'd be nice if I could delete it so I only have my primary one set-after all, its the whole point of using email hosting, and not going with something like Gmail. Also, is it possible to change the user info above the "compose" button, so that it reflects the primary email (myname@domain.us?) Thanks!

How to show all messages in an email folder
An account I set up has an inbox with around 2,000 messages going back to the year 1999. Both Windows Live Mail and Apple Macmail (set up for imap) show just messages going back to 2013. I can't tell how many of the total this represents. Is there some hidden switch that would allow all messages to be displayed? By the way, I just set this account up yesterday and did an import from my previous provider. As far as I can tell all messages were imported. Thanks. ----- Joe

Throttled while editing org whitelist in Control Panel
I'm having a hard time setting up the whitelist for my org because the control panel keeps throttling my edits: I get error "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time." It all started with confusing UI and errors when trying to add too many domains at a time. Feedback for Calendar events
I'm new to Zoho and very impressed with your apps. Congratulations on the wonderful work! I noticed one small problem with calendar events... I have recurring monthly events that won't be handled properly on your calendar. The option to have events that recur on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th week is great. I was referred by Harold but when I try to register the domain "sibox.net" says it already exists. I have not registered this domain here and no one else has access to my godaddy account to have registered before. I noticed in the DNS settings and there is no MX record created. it may be happening?

Gmail rejected when adding account.
I am trying to add my gmail account to import to zoho. Gmail sent me an email saying that an email service had tried to login and was rejected. They are seeing the zoho request as a threat and want me to reset my password. Is there a way around this? Thanks
recieving emails with allias email does not work
Hello, I recently added second domain to my account on Zoho. I want to have email addresses with this new domain name after @. I made an alias email for user. Now I can send messages as user@seconddomain.com but I can not recieve messages sent to this address. Alternate URL for CNAME entry

Zoho and Apple Mail via IMAP
Hello, I just started using Zoho via IMAP. When an email is sent to me, I get it via the web based account but it does not show up in my Apple Mail. I click "get mail" in Apple Mail and still nothing. I have to manually go to "syncronize account" via the drop down and then it shows the new mail...sometimes, not always. I have gone through the setup procedures for Apple Mail...can't figure it out. Funny thing is, the iPhone gets the email immediately. Any ideas? thank you in advance.

EMAILS TAKE TOO LONG TO ARRIVE
I have experienced the same problems. I have tested the emails that I receive on many different PCs at several locations. Mail that gets received takes 5 minute up to 1 hour (Sometimes even more) I have discussed this with Aron in their tech department and he basically blamed everything on my server my pc my email account. However my emails get to me almost instantly with other email clients. (I have tested side by side). ZOHO....You need to look into getting this fixed and not pushing down the road.
Completely lost and can not figure out how to use Zoho Mail! HELP please!
I would really like to implement this service to our company, however, we have been sitting here scratching out heads on how to even use Zoho mail from setup to actually receiving a simple test email! This service may be free but it is beyond confusing therefore, we are coming to the boards for help! We are exhausted at trying to figure out how to get Zoho mail to operate for us. Instagram password reset email
I read all of the inquiries about not receiving instagram reset emails but none of them provide any solution to this issue. I have checked spam folder and whitelisted and resent many times now. I have also reported to Instagram but have not heard back. Does anyone have advice?
Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again.
This error appeared this morning. I have tried the recommended solutions with no success. Emails from this particular server are being received by other devices, (smart phone) etc. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom

I recently set up a new domain: TinTinCorreCorre.org The MX records point to ZOHO I can receive emails from any domain but I cannot send emails to other domains (except zoho and gmail)
how much outgoing MB?
Hi, Is there any way to determine how much MB we have used for outgoing mail on a given day? We use SMPT and I read somewhere that it calculates such use as 5 times the actual size of the email. We will be doing some heavier email soon, and we do not want to go over limits, but we do not know how to calcualate it, or see tallies. Thanks, -Adam
user added but not showing on list
Hello, I have attempted to add email user lmc@lmcdesign.com as a regular mail user with super acct zoho@lmcdesign and get an error saying the user already exists, but it does not show on the list. I have already confirmed it is not the secondary account for the super user. Zohoverify: Cannot receive or send mails
Dear Support, I have a domain at a provider and web hosting at another provider. I moved my web hosting from one provider to another provider. I migrated the zohoverify folder also to new hosting service provider. I have not changed the mx records, i only redirected the name server to new hosting provider. Am i missing something?
