Why do most of my emails go unreceived or into spam?
We have had our email and domain hosted with Zoho since purchase and for the most part love it. However, there are several parties we try to email where we don't even make it into the spam folder and we're being blocked completely. I don't understand

Can not receive verification codes from Digital Ocean
Hi, I can't receive emails from Digital Ocean, but I am able to receive emails from Zoho and from Gmail. I created an account on Digital Ocean using the email I created in Zoho. But it can't receive verification emails from Digital Ocean. I have tested my other accounts on Digital Ocean on other email providers and they are receiving the verification code just fine. Please help as this is the main reason why I created the Zoho mails in the first place. Thanks

My email address - staceycole@zoho.com - was working perfectly until a couple of hours ago. Then all of a sudden I couldn't connect to IMAP and couldn't log in to the site.
