Using Zoho Mail with Outlook Mac
I am trying to use Zoho mail for my small company. It's csymplicity.com. I can receive email. But I can not send email. The error I get reads, "Relaying Disallowed".... Can someone please help. This is driving me crazy!!! Thanks-a-million!

Hello, i cant send E-Mails today, because there is an limit exceedet, the question is, why you dont put it on your Pricelist ?! 10 is not a good Limit, we just use it private but test it for our Company too. Is there a way to exceed the Limit of 10 Mails per day (Outgoing). Regards, Sascha

cant reset gmail password
Hi. I have changed my email password on my Gmail account but I cannot reset that account password in my Zoho account. The save button just wont do anything. See attached image. I have successfully done this with other email accounts from other providers within my Zoho account. If I revert my Gmail password to the original then I can collect it in my Zoho account successfully. Please can anyone help with this. Thanks

How do i add multiple email addresses to one domain?
HI All, Firstly, aplogiies if this is a silly question but I am new to Zoho. I have brought my own domain and have setup a mail account with Zoho with the general email address mail@myname.co.uk. I was hoping to create two more email addresses from my domain i.e. junk@myname.co.uk and work@myname.co.uk and have a seperate mailbox for each address. So i would have three seperate mailboxes for: mail@myname.co.uk work@myname.co.uk junk@myname.co.uk But all within my one user login. Is this possible?

Not able to recieve email on ZOHO email account
Hello , i have created a new email address karan@inetrunner.com on ZOHO. i am able to send emails but not recieving the eamils continuosly like i can say that if i sednn 10 emails i recieve one email only and others get delivery failed notification. i have updated the MX records as well. Any way to get .tk domains working again?
Is there any future for .tk domains with Zoho? It was one of the main selling points for me. Any workarounds? I think if you are worried about spam and Zoho being unrepeatable, perhaps have a catchpa, or outgoing spam filters on free domains?
Unable to unblock imap - URGENT
Hi, I was setting up thunderbird yesterday on my laptop and desktop and as a result not only did imap access become blocked several times but I also reached the limit to self-unblock my account. As a result I now can't get access with my iphone now and I need this fixed urgently. Thank you! Alex

Upon clicking reply on a ticket, I get told to configure a Mailing Server. Clicking Save to submit my information results in getting an alert. Error in mail account creation. <SYNC stopped working with Windows 8 Mail
We have recently experienced and issue where one of our users who was using msyc.zoho.com regularly now fails to authenticate. We have tried removing the account on their device, resetting their password and also connecting from another device. None of these have resolved the issue. However if we connect from my admin account on the same equipment it works first time. I have turned various options off/on in their account with no effect. I just need email for me and her right now. I created my account with the account info for the busiiness, and I thought I could create up to 5 email addresses within this account. Apparently this is only if you register a domain?
Android app mail display name
Hi, I recently migrated my mail over to zoho and thus far everything seems to be excellent! However I have one little annoyance that is bugging me to no end. The android mail app is fantastic except I can't seem to figure out where to change my display name, is it even possible? Under outlook and webmail my display name is my full name but when sending emails out from my phone my display name is my zoho username. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find the option to change this. Any help?

Spam/Mail Filters
All the mail that gets sent through my website forms gets placed directly into spam. I tried setting up a filter to have it go into the inbox instead but it only works when I manually run the filter from the settings. I also can't figure out how to disable the spam filter. Any ideas or similar issues?
Individual Account Migration
I am trying to move email that is currently hosted on a FastMail account to Zoho. There are a number of individual accounts that will need to be migrated over and I do not have access to the passwords for each. I am wondering if it is possible for each individual user to login to their new Zoho account and migrate their email from FastMail to Zoho, or if the administrator (me) needs to migrate all the accounts through a "master account". Hi looking at starting with the free version for the family. I know google calender sync is switched off, but will mail allow a family group to share a mail and secure calender together? Is this calender secure and not monitored and 'snooped' upon like google calender which I would not use? My understanding is that the mails are not scanned and read and although not quite hushmail standards are pretty good. Thanks

It appears that by default only 10 days of sent and/or deleted mail is saved and accessible. Can this be changed?
