message stuck in outbox with iPhone
I always have to turn my iPhone off and on to get the message in my outbox to send. This is driving me crazy. I contacted customer service and a message was left that all of my setting were fine. I can send an email off my phone with a non-Zoho account and they send perfectly. Others at our company have the same problem. Migrating Yahoo Mail Sent and Folders to Zoho
Hello, I am thrilled to have discovered Zoho after the huge debacle going on with Yahoo Mail (where I was a user of 15+ years), which has gutted the service of all business functionality. I have successfully migrated all emails in my Yahoo Inbox to my Zoho Inbox. How do I best migrate all emails from Yahoo Sent to Zoho Sent, and from my Yahoo Folders to Zoho Folders/Labels? Zoho won't sync with mac mail
Hi, I just registered with zoho so i could have an email address linked to my domain name. That all works fine. But, I would like to sync the email address to mac 'mail'. I've followed all instructions, enables it in the settings of my soho email account and tried to add a new account to my 'mail'. With no luck. All fields are filled in correctly but it will not take the account online. I have tried installing it several times now, closing and relaunching mail with no luck. Can anyone help? Thank

Differences between creating an event via e-mail vs calendar
I noticed some differences when creating an event via e-mail instead of creating it in the calendar. I hope they could be considered enhancement requests for your next round of development. 1) When you create an event via e-mail and set it for a future start date, the end date remains as today. Ex: In the video below, you'll see me attempt to create an event for next Friday, 06/25/2014. When I change the start date, the end date should naturally update to 06/25/2014 as well, but it remains today.

I set up email forwarding in my email account. I verfied it on the account I'm sending it to. I sent two test emails and they were not forwarded.

Hi The mail account storage usage is showing up as 0% although all the accounts have at least a few hundred MB worth of emails, some as high as 4 GB. Cannot send Mail via SMTP
Hello everyone, i created a new account at Zoho and wanted to use it via Thunderbird and my cellphone. On both, i get a connection error on SMTP server when trying to send mails, though IMAP Email receiving does work. The screenshot shows that my SMTP configuration is correct. Hi, I have over 30 emails stuck in my outbox, Mac Mail - have tried everything, deleted them, deleted account and re-entered...I did nothing different. mail just stopped sending... nothing will send now. IMAP Migration — Map Sent Items to Sent....
Here's a common problem. The Sent folder on the other email service is called Sent Items. Rather than put those into the Sent folder on migration, it creates a separate folder. Is there any way I can have this done as part of the migration process. One of the Sent Items on an account I expect to migrate shortly has 25,000 messages. Didn't right down password, and email is not working so I can't reset password.
Might be because my mx records aren't updated yet, though I can send emails. But I didn't save my password for zoho mail and now I can't reset it or change it.
IMAP migration extremely slow
Hi I've run multiple migrations over the past few days and they have all finished quickly but the current migration is taking far longer than expected. This migration is for just one user with around 6k emails and has been running for over 6 hours now and is not even 50% complete based on the migration info. I don't find a way to validate my domain
I've registered my domain at NIC.AR (Argentina). There I can only fill the host address where to delegate my domain, but no CNAME or other info can be added. Besides, to be quickly on air, I'm using Wix site to host my website, so I don't have access to the root / tree in order to use the other two verification methods. sent items time stamp -7 hours in mobile device

Hello, I created an account and linked my domain and my email to the account. I now no longer have access to this account, a control panel etc. When I login, it keeps taking me to the "get started" home page, however when I click on "get started" or "access mail" nothing happens. I recently set up my ZOHO account. I can send emails from the ZOHO account and receive them with my gmail account. However, when I try to respond or send an email from my gmail account to the ZOHO account, I receive the following message.
