Hi, I had an account in Google apps (free version) my ownself domain. Recently i move it to Zoho previously i cancell my google acount.I set all in Zoho and all is ok. But anybody sent a email they received this msg. Could anybody help or give me any tips ? thanks a lot. Hi, How do I get CRM leads, contacts, accounts, etc to appear as contacts in Zoho Mail? I assumed that it would be automatic, but it doesn't seem to be obvious. Thanks.
Images on our Email Templates won't load anymore

I Send But Nothing Comes Into Inbox
I just set up an email with a domain that I own. I can send from my Zoho email and the sender shows the correct address with my domain name. I just sent myself an email to my Hotmail. When I reply or try and send a new email to my new email it comes back as undeliverable. Why?
Incoimg mail disabled for 1 account
I disabled an account because I entered the wrong name as the email address. I tried disabling it to create a new one but it still counted as one of my 5 free emails so I re enabled it, but now it cannot receive incoming mail, says this is for paid users only, when the other 3 accounts can receive emails. Could you remove the email naileddown@goblinzez.com completely so I can create a new one with the correct email name?

How do I login as "super-admin" I am the only one with access to this account, and am still setting it up and can't create a CNAME to connect the correct email. It's all any of the directions say to do and I have no clue where to find that in the interface when logged in or logged out.

More than one account or email address?
Before discovering Zoho, I had my own domain and I used four different email accounts for four different purposes. Two questions
Hi, I have two questions. Both are probably easily solved. Firstly I can send emails, which are received, but I cannot receive them. Is that most likely a problem with my Zoho mail or with my hosting service. I use C-panel to manage my domain, in case that gives someone a hint as to how to solve this problem. Mail check from multiple devices

Fail to create mail account.
I want to create a mail account but it fails with the following message. Given emailId already exists. I believe this is because I deleted a mail account which had the exact same name. I tried again, after deleting and re-creating domain & organization, but failed again. IMAP not synchronizing on clients
Hi, For the last several days, my IMAP clients are not properly synchronising with Zoho Mail. I can see new messages coming on the zoho mail web ui and I get them on iPad/iPhone but my inboxes on the desktop computers are not getting the messages. Happens on Mail for Mac OS X and sometimes it takes DAYS to get in sync again. Mail is not reporting any connectivity issues at all.

Can't disable two step authentication
Two issues: 1) I can't find a way to re-scan a barcode for google authenticator, since I had to wipe my phone. 2) So I tried to disable two step authentication, but it keeps asking me for a code, which I can't get, and have used 3 of my 5 backup codes, which I can't regenerate. So, soon I'll be locked out of my account. Any suggestions besides switching mail hosts?

gmail accounts in Zoho not working
I have listed 2 gmail accounts in Zoho as secondary email addresses under my profile. I cannot send from them in Zoho. This error code comes up after hitting send: Error while processing the request! Mail dragging really really badly

IMAP support for external email
Is there any news on this front ? Search shows last news on this is over a year ago. Just to be clear. I am hoping to go totally mobile using Zoho Mail. I need to use my existing email accounts held by external providers, but these providers only appear to support IMAP protocol. Please let me know if this is possible or indeed I am not understanding the capabilities of Zoho. This is essential to me using Zoho Mail, otherwise, I'll have to look elsewhere.
