My organization currently uses Google apps and we are not happy with it but it is free. Our organization has approx. 125 Email/App Users..

Unable to get emails from a certain site
Hi, I'm unable to get any emails from kimsufi.eu or ovh.eu to my mailbox. I'm not sure what is wrong but if this is not fixed ASAP I have to change mail provider. I just tried then through my gmail account and it worked fine. all mail from the address assistance@kimsufi.com was delivered fine. But through zoho there is a problem
How to change cname in 123-reg domains
I am unable to change the dns setting for my domain registered with 123-reg.co.uk. I changed the setting with code and domain.zoho.com but still unable to verify it I dont have hosting with them so not sure how would be i able to upload html file without having hosting with them, Please help Thanks

Is it possible to add the zoho mail account to the settings in iphone and ipad so that it notifies me automatically when an email arrives, as happens with gmail and yahoo? if it is possible, where can i find the host name and user name for both the incoming mail server and the outgoing mail server in order to complete the addition. thanks, sha1

POP access for Free Individual Account
I created a free individual email account and would like to access it from home using Outlook as my POP client. I've read the help file regarding how to set up POP access. I have logged in to my account, but I do not see the option under Settings>>Mail>>Email Forwarding POP and IMAP. Is POP access available for the individual accounts? Thanks!

Hi, I've recently joined zoho, set up my mail boxes and started to use my new email addresses. The issue I have is that the 'name' my emails are sent from isn't quite right and I want to change it. Search issue
Hi, I've got a problem with ZOHO Mail, when I'm trying to use search it doesn't show me all the results. I can see the Inbox messages but it looks like it doesn't search other folders or sent folders.
contacts do not sync
Changes made to contacts on the my mobile phones (Android) do not sync most of the time (msync.zoho.com) while changes made via the web mail interface do? I often have to delete the account on my phones and recreate it just to get the latest version of my contacts.
I sent an email to wrong amail address...and it keeps trying to send it
I sent an email to .oal instead of .aol by accident. It understandably bounced back to me as it was an unrecognizable email. But it seems everyday it keeps trying to send that email and i have no idea how to stop it. I have deleted the original message but it keeps trying to send it with a bounce back message telling me it cannot be sent. How do i stop it? Or do i just let it run it's course and it will eventually stop?
Is there any maintenance today as I my email keeps loading but never opens.

Messages are not displaying incorrect order
When I receive a reply it goes on the bottom of the message trail. When I answer it goes on the top. So the conversation is scrambled. Is there a setting for this?
Need help getting my outgoing smtp working on iphone and ipad
I am getting no response from anyone at zoho to resolve. I have my iphone and ipad set up using all the correct imap settings for the outgoing smtp - smtp.zoho.com, port 465 and I've tried port 485, but it's not working. I changed the port to 587 and behold email is able to go out. The problem is that on the zoho online account I have it checked to delete the email when I delete from imap...so when I delete from the phone it should delete it from the account. This does not work and I'm sure it

Are there bounce limits on paid accounts. My free account says: "You have reached the maximum self unblock limit within the past 24 hours." What if I send out email to large list and 50 emails bounce back before it done sending them all, will it stop sending to the remaining emails? Can you unblock my free account? Thanks Frank

Thanks Zoho for finally implementing a catch-all account for email. I stumbled across it a few minutes ago and it works! To setup a catch-all account: Go to Control Panel Then Email Administration -> Spam Control Enter your catch-all email address in the "Catch all Email id" field Save I have noticed that overall mail delivery is slower after setting up a catch-all, so looks like Zoho needs to do some tweaking to the implementation. imap with MAC Outlook requires login 1x/day, every day.
I'm having an issue where the IMAP client on MAC Outlook (Office 2011 on Mavericks) requires me to login/enter password every day. I of course have checked remember me and allowed ZOHO to access my key chain to store the password. This works as expected on the iOS client.

Hi, VERY IMPORTANT - this is in reference to the contacts in zoho mail suite - NOT in CRM. While we are extremely happy with many features of zoho and the mail suite interface, contact management is extremely frustrating, and becoming a dealbreaker for whether or not our nonprofit can utilize zoho (I have been testing apps out on my zoho account so we can see if it is feasible for our nonprofit to make the switch). Hi, I have just setup my domain, when I registerd I used my Gmail account, Now in all of my outgonig email from my domain the other side that recived the mail get my email with the good address: itzik@mydomain.com but with a the name of my gmail account ( not the domain gmail the name of the account) somthing like this: itzik@mydomain.com ("itzik levi" <-- this is the name in my gmail) I try to find an alias in my accound and didn't find any. web.de & GMX not working anymore?
Since GMX and web.de changed authorisation to send emails today, I can't send any emails through Zoho Mail using these accounts anymore. The authoristation fails. I still receive emails and I can send emails through web.de and GMX using my local Outlook-Client using exactly the same (updated) configuration. Of course, the zoho-smtp still works fine. Anyone else facing the same problem?
Creating mail boxes
Hi, I am trying to set up my business accounts, I want to be able to have several different email addresses under one user. I would want a personal email peter@mydomain.com and others such as enquiries@mydomain.com. I also have 2 separate domains, and want many separate email accounts for both domain accounts but all to come be delivered to my user account.
