Dear Zoho, I would be grateful if you could unblock our outgoing mail (nexxit@zoho.com) I tried sending our company's usual wishes and calendar attachment, but as usual emails got bounced, and now our outgoing mail is blocked. Many customers changed their email or their accounts (especially @hotmail) got hacked or receive too many spam thus they deactivated it. Our company cannot find this out until we try to send a new message. I couldn't use Zoho campaigns either because I need to attach some files

Hello, I have set up my free mail account with Zoho, I can send mail with no problem, but I can not receive any mail. I have changed MX in my domain registrar. Any solutions ? Thanks and Regards, Harun SOLUTION : I contacted my friend who is in charge of our server and domains, and he said that he did not configure CloudFlare for mail. When he configured it , everything worked fine, as it does now. I hope this solution can help others too.
Emails generated by my website not now accepted by some servers after transferring to Zoho
I have transferred all my email accounts for ehnetwork.org.uk to zoho. In most cases that has worked fine. However, my website still sends out emails and needs to continue to do so- notifications of new content, occasional newsletters, and admin emails like password resets. The website email domain matches the domain ehnetwork - currently site@ehnetwork.org.uk. A small minority of servers seem to be rejecting those website-generated emails because the domain is not recognised. I get things like:

Please unblock my address sebastian@united-deals.com - I need it urgently! I think it is also really necessary to increase the Bounce-Limit from 10 a day to at least 100 per day. In particular if you have business to do during the holidays-season you get so many out-of-office replies, which do not even mean that people do not read mails. Many people just use these auto-replies to inform email-senders, that there will be not immediate reply. I guess this also would reduce much work in your services

I have a large number of email templates. On my Android tablet I can't page down or scroll down the items. Items below the bottom of the window cannot be brought into view. I have to resort to turning the tablet to portrait which is not a convenient move if I've got the tablet docked on the keyboard.

Hi im new in zoho i just got my email account. i been trying to get my email from POP and IMAP on Outlook.com (web and app android) but i cant. i configure it right, i got my email in that moment everything i had on zoho inbox. i sent an email from my Gmail account to my zoho email and i got it in zoho inbox but not on Outlook.com. Hello, I've set up a few accounts for clients with ZOHO and have found it to be a great alternative to hosting account based emails. I'm currently setting up an account that is migrating mailboxes from and existing server. I have used a referral from another client's account to set it up to get the extra 5 mailboxes.
