Hello, My outgoing emai has been blocked for several days. I have submitted a number of requests to unblock my mail but have not had any response. I have always had very good service from zoho, so I don't understand what is wrong??? Any ideas or suggestions?? Bert

Hi. I am writing on behalf of my wife's account, Marie.Mckee@zoho.com. A few days a go, she started getting the message saying her Outgoing mails were blocked. I did some research and found that this is most likely due to the daily 300MB limit and that her account was probably hijacked. I had her immediately change her password to a stronger one. We also sent a contact_us/help message to support asking for help, and used the forums to reply to others having the same issue and ask that her account
Email backup and Restore
I did a complete back up of my email. Received a link to 13 zip files Downloaded the files to my computer I have tried to open the zip folders without success. I dont need it now, but if I should need to resotre from this backup, how do I do it? Also, in Zoho Mail is there any limit on the number of times you can back up the email account?
Multiple email accounts
I wish to send emails from Zoho with two different identities (I work for different companies) but it seems I have to go to settings and change account every time I need to send emails with the other identity. Is it possible to keep the same folder structure and send emails from two different user identities? Elling

Bug with send from address when replying to a message
Hi, I've set up the Zoho Mail add-on for Zoho CRM. I want the default send from address to be milt@fivestarforklifttraining.com. This works well when I click on 'compose' in the emails section. However, when I open a contact and click send new email, it shows milton_bc@zoho.com as the default. Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?

Cannot add users to my organization (Zoho Sites, CRM paid user)
We are looking to publizh our Zoho Sites to our customer owned domain. I've made all the necessary changes in the DNS manager (GoDaddy) over 12 hours ago (I realize it can take up to 48 hours). IMAP settings When I send a message from Outlook, it does not show up in my contact email messages as sent or in the send to contacts email message as received. I have checked the box to attach sent messages to Zoho Contact. Also it seems that the message sent from Outlook does not show up in the sent message folder in Zoho. Please advise
