Attachments are not included in forwarded messages
Somehow we can't get attachments to include within forwarded messages. If I forward an email to myself than the attachment is included, but if I send an email to another person than it is not included. Is this an option somewhere?
Zoho Mail BackUp
Is daily backup available as a part of a plan or for additional fee? Do attachments included in back up as well? Right now I am using IMAP account. So I always have my emails backed up in the email client. By switching to Zoho hosted mail I'd like to get away with email clients altogether. That's why frequent back up by the host (Zoho) is critical for me. Thanks in advance for your input.

IMAP Access Blocked
It appears that my account no longer allows mail access via IMAP. I can authenticate on the SMTP server just fine, but IMAP always fails. I have two factor authentication turned on, and am using a app specific password. I have tried multiple mail clients (apple mail and airmail), and none of them can authenticate via IMAP. From looking in the forums it appears that when certain unspecified limits have been reached, IMAP access is blocked. Can you please unblock my account? Jared
