A repeat of a request to be able to send to more than 50 mail recipients
Hello. I've brought this up before, but I thought I'd renew my request. I am a volunteer book review editor, and I frequently have to send mail to my reviewers. There are about 70 of them. Zoho Free doesn't let me send to more than 50 contacts at a time. This is a real restriction that I wish didn't exist. Perhaps there's some strategy to work around this? I don't know how to do it. Use own SMTP outgoing server instead of Zoho
We use Rackspace for our actual email servers but I like the Zoho interface so I use Zoho webmail to actually send and receive email. Is it possible to change our outgoing SMTP server to our Rackspace server instead of using Zoho's servers? Thanks, Tim

Forwarding to Gmail w/ + in address
I use mail addresses with a "+" sign when I want to separate out mail traffic for a user. Ex. the mail address I post on my blog is tim+blog@example.com, whereas I might use tim+spammycompany@example.com for signing up for a service so I can identify who might be shared my email address with someone else. Problem. In my Windows Phone 8 (Samsung Ativ S) I got twice email in my Zoho inbox with only all header information (normally hidden) in view, but no message text. I can see this text only when I log in on my laptop to read this email in Thunderbird. The header information is then hidden of course. Unique problem with migrating pop folders to zoho
Hello. I have a situation where we used a pop account and have 2 different sets of folders. 1 set is on gmail and the 2nd set is on Zoho. The folders are different and do not sync (because of pop) What I'm trying to do is migrate the zoho set of folders to my default zoho user account so i can use the imap feature to export then, but when i try the migration tool it won't pull from the pop3 zoho folders, only the gmail. Zoho IMAP - Sent mails folder issue
Hello! I am using Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 as mail client for ZOHO, cofigured on IMAP standard. Everything works find, with a small exception. Each time I send an email from the client, that email is being saved twice in the Sent Items folder, on the server. I assume that both the server and the client save on their own a copy of the sent email. But the problem is that Windows Live Mail has no option to disable saving sent emails. Anybody can help me with this? Thanks!
ZOHO and MacMail Vanishing emails
When I deleted email from the ZOHO server and the ZOHO trash for my ZOHO IMAP account, all the emails in my MAC MAIL that already had been downloaded from ZOHO, disappeared, and my inbox was entirely empty. I have not yet found any setting at ZOHO or in Mac Mail, that explains this behavior nor do it want it to repeat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Frustrations with Zoho Mail
Here are the things that are driving me nuts. 1. I retrieve all mail from my gmail account into Zoho Mail. The gmail interface is maddening. I like Zoho's interface. As I read, I delete each mail, one at a time, to avoid conflict with new mail coming in while I'm reading. Ordinarily, pressing "Delete" after reading a mail deletes the mail, but if I respond to an e-mail, pressing delete after sending the response does nothing. Migrate Google Apps mail to another domain in Zoho
I have successfully setup my hosted mail under Zoho with a new domain. I would like to migrate the emails from my old domain which were hosted on Google Apps. I tried the IMAP migration but it fails. It has no username - password fields for the server which is normally imap.google.com. The same thing goes for POP. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying to change my Primary Email Id. I go to the appropriate tab in Settings, click the Edit button & enter the new email address & my password, but the existing email address doesn't change. So I try to Add another Login Email Id, and when I enter the details get a message that the Email ID is already registered. I have 2 personal zohomail accounts, & the email I'm trying to add is used as the Primary email on the other account. Can't I use the same backup email address for both my zoho accounts?
Change from address on iPhone when using Mobile Sync
Hi there I've noticed that the from address (i.e. the part displayed in the recipients inbox) is set the the username when sending emails from iPhone via Mobile Sync. How to see status of multiple email accounts
Hello, I am trying to figure out how to see the status of multiple email accounts at the same time. I have all the accounts configured in ZOHO. I would like to get unread email notices/alerts for all accounts. Unless I look below the email folder list at the very bottom of the page I would not know that a new email has arrived for another account. Is there a way to configure the account to be obvious? Hello - In trying to sign up for a Zoho personal account, I found the page where I enter my info - problem is, the example shows a space at the top where you enter a username, but the actual sign up page doesn't have that (at the top it has you entering a current email address, and nowhere to enter a username). I did get signed up but want to use a zoho email address, such as myself@zohomail.com, not the aol address I gave as a contact. Does this not exist any more or am I on the wrong page or...?

Where can I change the language of my account to English? I can't find the option to change language, and when I created the account it never asked me what language I wish to use. I want to set it to English because currently it is half Portuguese and half English, and it's annoying. Additionally, the "inbox" is incorrectly translated to "caixa a enviar" which means "sending box". And I can't figure out which is the "sent items" folder. I mean, it's all mistranslated! It's annoying and confusing...

Hi, I'm just in process of immigrating our mails to Zoho. The service seems very solid, so far very happy with it! Couple of questions: I would like to have a subdomain "mail.example.com" which would be used for both POP/IMAP and SMTP. Is this possible on Zoho? I found only only docs about the MX records. If not, what you would recommend as the next best alternative? For example, if I want to setup pop.example.com and smtp.example.com as CNAMEs, what should I put as targets for those? mx.zohomail.com

I tried to send a large message, and got an email saying that the message exceeds mail limit. The message didn't send, and shouldn't have used up my attachment limit. If the message had sent, it would have, but the message failed to send. Now my outgoing mail is blocked. Please help, Max
