After reading about Googles stance on privacy and or the lack of: "Google has finally admitted they don't respect privacy," John M. Cannot receive mail.
This is one of the most common question out here. I have started using Zoho mail few days back and I can also send mails. What I cannot perform is to receive mails. Have configured everything as instructed. Please let me know what my problem is. Thanks :)
When I try to add a new email account to my Zoho, it says "current password invalid"

can't receive mail
I can't receive mail at zoho, but I can send it. When i send it from gmail i get: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: info@cotic.com.hr Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. Adding email id's to address book
Hello, It does not appear that email id's of senders get stored automatically in the address book. What is the easiest way to go about adding email id's from a received email to the address book, so that these are available on auto-fill in the future, while drafting an email? Thanks.
Zoho Lite takes whole minutes to send, receive, and forward mail
It takes about a whole minute for a message to send or be received. It takes about 5 whole minutes for a message to be forwarded. Is this just a limitation of a Lite account, or is Zoho always slow?
Email SMTP error
Hello, I am getting the following errors this morning: "Unable to connect SMTP server:http://mail.pension-experts.com Reason: Unknown host" "Unable to connect to SMTP server:http://smtp.gmail.com , Port465Reason:Network is unreachable" I can't seem to send any emails. Blue box/frame on image links

I don't seem to be able to sign into zoho using the OmniWeb browser- when I try to sign in I am returned to the sign in page. Are there settings I can adjust in OmniWeb or is the browser not supported?

IMAP terribly slow - Outlook 2007

Changed SSL Certificate
Since January 2012, I have been picking up my ZOHO-hosted mail using an e-mail client (ClawsMail). This has worked well until today, when a pop-up flashed me a warning that the SSL certificate had expired, and inviting me to accept an updated one. I thought I had better check the details of the certificate first. The owner on the old certificate was *.zoho.com (location Chennai), and the signer was Thawte SSL CA (in the US). The certificate expired at 13/11/10(Sun) 23:59. That all looked plausible.

Contact form from my website is going straight to zoho spam
I need some help. I just signed up for Zoho Mail as the mail provider for the domain that I purchased with GoDaddy.com. I just sent a test e-mail from the contact form on my website and it is going straight to Zoho Mail spam. I use Mozilla Thunderbird to check my zoho mail and I can't have messages from my website's contact form going straight to spam because I will never receive the message in Thunderbird. I read on another post about blacklisted IP addresses. Could my IP address be blacklisted?
Illegal Semicolon
Trying to send an email to several people. I inputted a few email addresses in the TO: field, separated by a semicolon. But before I can send it, I get a red window saying that the email has an "Illegal semicolon, not in group" followed by the lists of names. The message is halted before sending. I use Evolution 3.2.3 as my email client in Ubuntu 12.04. I frequently receive the following message: "Error while Pinging IMAP server imap.zoho.com. Hey guys, I have a mailbox in my Mail.app. This is only copy of this messages, I mean there is no messages on the server, because the server does not exists anymore. When I'm trying to move this messages in to the mailbox created in Zoho I get error that the file exceeds it's size limit. This is the message I get : 145 messages could not be moved to the mailbox “IrakliK — Zoho IMAP” The IMAP command “APPEND” (to IrakliK) failed with server error: syntax: Size Exceeds APPEND Limit.
