When will Referal add my free users ?
Hello, I just actived some zoho accounts for my customers and used the Referal function (forward emails). Can I know how long does it take for the Referal to verify the 2 accounts and add free users for me ? Thank you.
Issue with adding my PO email Account to my Zoho account
I just got my email account. I am trying to include my old email account in my settings. Every time I click Test Account I get shut down. Message Issue with Internet Explorer and shuts down the sends me to my inbox. Any help?

Drag and Drop from Received Email to New Email?

email label
after I clear the label using the pull down menu, it doesn't delete the item from the label list. If I select the label from the list after clearing it, it says no messages. I want to get rid of some of these old labels.

But I have some issues: 1) Activesync is not working from my WindowsPhone8, it gives me Error Code 85010015. Configuration seems to be ok, also I looked into some of the discussions and instructions. Mark a folder as a 'sent' folder?
This is related to the comment I made in another thread regarding wanting control of which columns are displayed and basically wanted to know if a folder could be 'marked' as a 'sent' folder? That way it would display the 'To' address rather than the 'From' address. I have several folders which are copies of 'sent folders where this would be useful. Thanks Dave

Hello, My employees profile pictures do not show up across applications. On our mail dashboard, under our Projects panel the profile picture is not showing up. It also does not show up for Projects and Pulse only it shows up for People.

Unable to receive emails
Dear Admin, Please help, i am unable to receive emails. Outgoing however is working but when i send email from my other ID to my Zoho email address, it returns bounced stating a permanent error. Day one problems!
I signed up with zoho today, after my yahoo account was hacked. I then tried to use my lovely new zoho account to inform all my contacts - over 300, I now realise - of my new address, as well as to apologise for the spam they received from my yahoo account hijacker. I now can't send email. Additionally, I can't open the emails already downloaded to outlook - I get this dialogue box: 'This message has not been fully downloaded. Would you like to unmark it for download?' I'd be incredibly grateful

Columns TO and FROM in message list
Hi. Is it possible to change what columns are displayed in the message list? In most folders there is a FROM column. In the Sent folder there is a TO column instead of the FROM column. I would like all folders to have TO and FROM columns. The reason is I like to file my mail in a folder according to its topic. So both sent and received messages end up in the same folder. All the sent messages are displayed with my own name in the FROM column. That's correct, but not very helpful. I want to see who
Outgoing Email is Blocked
My outgoing email hadren50 at zoho .com was blocked because I exceeded the 20MB daily limit. It has been over 24 hours now and I would like to know if it will auto-magically be unblocked and how long it takes. Or do I need to contact an administrator to reset it? Who would that administrator be? Also, is it true that I could have compressed all the pics into a zip file and sent up to 200MB without an issue? I dunno.
SSL connection times out
I set up an SSL connection to an IMAP mail server using the default ports. Everything works ok for a few minutes (sending and receiving). After a while (few minutes maybe) I get a message that the connection has timed out. I can't see anywhere in either the Zoho or server setup where there is any timeout option. And the server doesn't time out when I am accessing it through webmail. Any suggestions on what to try?
