How do I change the name of the main user on my account?
I want to change the main email username on the account. How do I do that? Also, the user I have added is not receiving email. How do I set that up?

Not receiving emails
I have recently set up a Zoho mail account and developed a domain name email. I have made all the recommended changes to the MX records and CNAME to verify the domain name, yet when I send test emails I do not receive them. I made the MX changes around two days ago now, so it should have registered. I would really appreciate any advice anyone can offer. Thanks Alicia

Why do my users need a Zoho.com account?
Hi Zoho people I am a new user of this seemingly fantastic system Zoho, and I am using it with my own domain. I have created my users in my organization in the Control panel with username and password etc. But when they go to zohomail.com to sign in, they first login with the username and password that I set, and then they have to "update" their account information with a new username (which is global to Zoho, so my set username (etc. "helleh") is probably already taken) and a new password. Hi there, I don't seem to have the 'Change Role' option in the control panel for users, and neither do I have the ability to reassign domain 'Super Administrator'. Hello! I 've been using GMX mail for the last 3-4 years but i 'm not pleased any more and i have decided to move to Zoho. I need 3 accounts, one personal, one business and one for my music band. Since Zoho doesn't supports aliases, is it ok if i create 3 different accounts and receive them via pop3 through the personal one?

Not getting emails
I opened an account with my domain and I set it according to the instructions. I can send emails but not receive emails. I tried to send mail to the new mailbox through GMAIL, and I got an error message.
Can't add user
I am paying for 2 email accounts, but I can only add 1. When I was trialing for free, I got 3, so why when you pay do you get less? My super user account should not count as a user because I have no intentions of using any of the email or applications with that super user account. I just want that to administer user accounts. Frustrated.
Maximum allowed attachment size not consistent
Greetings, I just tried to send a message with a attachment of 21,25 MB. When I click on send in Applemail the Server tells the client it cannot handle the request because it exceeds the maximum attachment size of 25 MB. When I try to send it from the webmail however it tells me the maximum is 20MB instead. Obviously 20MB is the maximum allowed but I am curious why does the server communicate a 25 MB limit instead suddenly as exception handling. Best regards,

Hi there I've recently signed up to Zoho Mail, and am trying to set up mail on my iPhone. I have a domain name linked to you for mail hosting and I want emails sent to this domain to be received on my iphone. I have tried extensively to follow your guides, but I am having no luck. Chrome indicating malware
Chrome is giving me a warning about the following link (and more generally blogs.zoho.com) that the site contains malware and has been blocked:http://www.zoho.com/mail/blog/zoho-mail-increasing-free-plan-to-5-users.html What is this about? Zoho on Kindle fire
I have Zoho set up as POP on my Kindle Fire. I can receive messages but I have been unable to send any though I was able to send in the past with my previous email account. I have outgoing server as smtp.zoho.com, SSL (two options here if available or always, I have tried both), Port 465. Any help would be great though of course I have other options for sending mail but it would be handy! Thank you. Jamini

Just joined and not sure how to do this:- all the emails received in my inbox I would like to forward to another email address. "Catch all" strange behavior
Hi, I've just set up a catch all on my domain. When i tested it the first email bounced back. So I thought i'd give it a while and try again. The second email to the same address worked and was received. However i then tried a few more and they are all bouncing back. For example, me@domain.co.uk anyone@domain.co.uk How could this be?

Unable to use gmail through Zoho
I am running my gmail email account through Zoho, and while I can receive emails, I can't send or reply to any. After Gmail migration: folders are not shown in sidebar
Hi, I've just successfully migrated emails from two gmail accounts to my new account at Zoho. There is one problem with folders, though: folders were imported, but they don't appear in the sidebar, nor can I select these folders in the search. I know that the folders exist, because the folder name is displayed when I view the list of emails. Only two of the custom folders (labels on Gmail) were imported correctly, i.e. only these two folders can be selected. How can I fix this?
Migration from Fastmail
Hi there- No matter what I do, I can't seem to migrate from Fastmail to Zoho. I've triple checked my server details, and I'm using the exact same account details (adding manually) that i use to login to my email now but it keeps coming back saying "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide..." Anyone have any success migrating from fastmail? What am I missing?
