Another receiving mail issue
Hi Zoho Team, I am using a free account and verified my custom domain. I also added a couple of users that can access the account without any problems. Unable to access email
I log in just like I used to, but then once I am in, I don't see my email or any way to get to it. Before there was a link that said something like account, and when I clicked on it a box came up with one of the choices in it being email. But that's not there anymore, and there doesn't seem to be any way to go any further.

Hi, I had some issues at my host for three days. We have it straightened out now but now I am not getting my mail. I tried the same pop3 settings in my Outlook and I am getting my emails fine there. Can you take a look for me to see what is going on. Thanks

Email is blocked from Sending. I was sending a note to alert contacts re: my email address change. First it said "no more than 50", so I tried to send 50, then it said "blocked b/c can't send more than 25." Please unblock asap.
Changing mx records with wix servers error

Accessing all pop mail accounts with Thunderbird
Hello. I'm trying to figure out how to get Thunderbird to access the pop accounts that I have in my Zoho mail accounts. Is there a way to set up a folder where Thunderbird would recognize these accounts? I hope I'm explaining this properly. In my zoho.com account I have around 20 pop accounts that I set up manually and I want Thunderbird to be able to find these accounts. In gmx.com these pop accounts are listed under a folder name and Thunderbird recognizes them. Hopefully I can do this with my
IMAP access problem
I just set up an account to see if zoho is the right service for my business. I enabled IMAP, my login from the client is set to 'tradition@zoho.com' the password seems to be correct, but it still does not work. The port settings are all correct too. The forums say yes and no... it became free in June 2012? or not. also the forums say I need to enable the mail accounts with the third option in the settings for mail accounts but I only see two options!! Anti-Spam whitelist/blacklists not working correctly
Hi I have a number of emails that come in from my fishing club. They are watched forum notifications. The domain is in my Domain Whitelist and the specific email address is in the Email Whitelist. However... every day I find all of the emails from that domain/email address in my Spam Box. and every single day I have to go to the Spam Box and select those emails and click Not Spam. So I get the mail in my INBOX and a new entry gets added to the Email whitelist, thus creating pages and pages of entries,
Rebranding

Global Inbox
I recently started using Zoho's free personal email and I have to say, it's been working great! I'm very impressed with the clean interface, speedy searches, and diligent spam filter. I have been considering switching my primary email from Gmail to Zoho, but the one big advantage Gmail has right now is the consolidated inbox for multiple accounts. I do like having the ability to have the accounts separate, but I REALLY would love to have the option to unify all accounts' inboxes into one "global"
forwarding an e-mail
i can't figure out how to forward an e-mail to several contacts at once. when i try to do this, a window comes up with a-z in it, and i have to find my contacts one by one. isn't there a way to see all my contacts at once, and check which ones i want to forward the e-mail to? i can do this if i write a new e-mail, but can't seem to do this when i want to forward an e-mail. thanx...

email isn't accessable?
I can login to my Zoho account but I can't access my email. When I select the mail app it asks me for configuration data for an external account when I have always used the @zoho.com domain. I usually don't use the website interface to access my email - but I do login frequently using Outlook. Has my email been disabled? Thanks for your help.

How do i get email from my old email address to my new zoho account
I am trying to have all my messages from my old aol account forwarded to my new zoho account so then i dont have to check 2 different addresses and so some people who know my old email account can still send emails to the old address but it will come to my new inbox. Can anyone help me with this?
Mail & Calander down for 2 days now
The mail & calendar view is frozen... has been for nearly 3 days. this morning I have receive over 350 emails for the same appointment alert. Cannot open main or calendar view on any machine or browser. Am I the only one having this problem? Calendar view just shows... 'loading' and mail view just freezes. Received 10 email alerts for that appoint since I started typing this post.
Can't get to mail after sign in
I have successfully signed into my mail account. It shows my username but does not give the the usual Account button to get to mail. I've used Chrome and Safari on MAC notebook with Snow Leopard. Where is my hosted email?
I have my own domain name via wordpress.com and am trying to use zoho to host the email. I went through all the steps, verified the domain and the inbox at my zoho page only has email from: me@zoho.com Nowhere can I find the me@mywebsite.com email that I set up!!!! Moving Mail to other accounts
I am wondering how to move the emails in one account to another account. For example, suppose we have an account for tom@c-ville.com and he has 300 emails in his account. If Tom leaves the company, and we create a new account for his replacement, Jill, under jill@c-ville.com, how do we get all of Tom's 300 old emails into Jill's new account so she can look them over and have access to them? In other words, how can I delete Tom's old account but retain access to his old emails, preferably in Jill's
Mail not working

HTML Emails and Android
I have a Droid 4. Zoho syncs mail, calendar, and contacts just fine. But my mail does not show HTML emails on the phone. Only if i access zoho via the web. I cannot find a setting on the phone to enable HTML emails - so I'm assuming the plaintext push is being done on the zoho end. Am i incorrect with this?

zoho mail sent folder problems
I am creating a few things in zoho for the business I work for and currently a few things aren't working and i was wondering if I could get assistance on how to make it work. This is my problem, when i send an email from zoho email it shows up in the sent folder which is what i want obviously but the problem i have is when I sent an email from the contact tab under the module it doesn't show up in the sent file under zoho email even though I am sending the email through the same account (leonardusa@zoho.com).

Where is my domain?
I set up to use my own domain name a couple of weeks ago, but now have no idea where it is how how to find it. I log in under my original Zoho e-mail account, where I thought access to it was located, but see nothing there. Thinking I did something wrong, I tried to set up the domain again but am told it's already registered. But again, I've no idea how to access it.
