Blackberry imap 2012 update?
I have been trying to use imap with my blackberry for months, with no success. I used personal domain, and have yet to be able to get my mail to imap. There are lots of posts in for forums about this, but they all seem to be really out of date. Is anyone having any luck using zoho with imap for blackberry? Thank you,
ActiveSync Delete Problem
I am currently using ActiveSync on my Sony Ericsson Arc S with Android 2.3.4 If I delete an email from my device, it correctly deletes it from my webmail and outlook. However, if I delete an email from my webmail or outlook, it is not removed from my device. Is this a device issue or a known bug?
Zoho Mail on Iphone 4S
Hello I have an Iphone 4S and am trying to setup IPAM with the Zoho Mail account. I am inputting imap.zoho.com and my username (without the @ bit) but it keeps saying the username or password for imap.zoho.com is incorrect? Its not incorrect..... Any ideas?
Mutt/Offlineimap with Zoho- Archiving?
I've set up Mutt(http://mutt.org) to work with Zoho Mail, but I'm having a few issues: Name translation is not working Here is my offlineimaprc: https://github.com/samrat/dotfiles/blob/master/mutt/.offlineimaprc. group mails, selec only one email address from contacts with many email-addresses
Some of my contacts have two or three different email addresses. Although I have selected one as primary, when sending group-mails to my categories, the email will be sent to all of any particular contact. Why can i send but not recive mails??
Hi support, I allready recived my mails from my external domain mail account to gmail. Now i wanted to swich from gmail to zohomail. For the authetification i used the one, where i had to upload the htmlfile to my server. Now i can send mails but i cant recive them. I was waiting for a couple of days, but it still wont work. I recently opened a mail account through Zoho.com Forgot the password, lost the sheet I had it written down on. Asked them to send me an email to change it, they have the wrong email. I can answer personal questions, DOB, whatever. Is there any way to change my password without being able to access this mystery email they have? (I typed @hotmail.com instead of @live.com , my mistake entirely.)

Configuring Imap
Hello, When I turn on Imap, its not obvious where to configure it. When I click "mail accounts" it says "add Pop3 account" not add "pop3 or Imap" , I assume its the same thing with just different ports, but I think I had issues configuring it with Godaddy's imap servers. Is it in the same settings location? Thanks!
Migration problem
Dear Sir, I'm trying your Zoho Mail both for my personal use and my business (10 users), but when i try to use the migration wizard to import my old mails, there seems to be a limit of 200 mails imported pr. folder. Is that a limit in your migration tool and can you advice a way to import account with folders containing more than 200 mails each? Thank you, Soren Munk.

Hello, I want to manually check email on certain accounts to avoid it getting bombarded in my inbox. Yes I can setup rules and have it dump in folders, but it would be nice to have a "manually check" under check new messages every.." Zoho Contacts - Invalid Zip Code Error
When I try to add a new contact or edit one I can not use a valid Canadian Postal Code such as A1A 1A1. When saving the contact I get an error message that says; "Please enter valid Zip Code". I am unable to save the contact. I could not find a forum for Zoho Contacts so I put it in the Mail forum

Does Zoho Mail work on a Zoho CRM trial?
I've just started a Zoho CRM enterprise trial. I have added Zoho Mail, and (I think) I have configured it correctly in the Cname panel in my web host. I have waited over an hour, but Zoho says it cannot validate the cname. It just occurred to me that Zoho Mail is a paid add-on. I haven't paid for it. Is this why it's not validating in my Zoho CRM trial?
Email Blocked because Plan Changed by Zoho
I signed up for Zoho sites (OK) and was offered email integration (OK) and paid (OK) - I believe its called Pro+Mail. Then I find my POP accounts and App bar are no longer available - not OK. I was told by Suresh Babu of Zoho why that occurred (OK) and that I should change back to Email Lite but I got no instructions how to do that (not OK). What is the purpose of having [ User login name | User Email address] side by side, when they do not fit on the same line?

Hi. I have recently received a few emails that won't display in the Zoho webmail client. When you click on the message the message pane does not get updated and you just see "Loading..." indefinitely. The same message can be viewed in en external IMAP client like Thunderbird without any problem. Can you help please.

Zoho Mail has stopped keeping me signed in
After having Zoho Mail installed for five months, it has stopped keeping me signed in on both of the computers I use. Every time I logon using the shortcut on my taskbar or a bookmark, I have to sign in all over again. I tick the 'Keep me signed in' box every time, and I am opted to use Secure Access. Shared Address Book on Zoho Hosted Email for Business- does not get used when Composing a new message
I signed up for a trial of the Hosted Email. Created a couple of email accounts. I created an address book as shared. I can add contacts to it and it is visible to all users. However if I start a new email (Compose) and start typing an email address it provides choices from the main Contacts list but does not pull from the Shared Contacts list ?? This seems like a necessary feature for a shared Business address book. Is there some way to make this work ? Thanks Daraius
Forum reports image size too large
I have created a forum using Zoho Business, and am trying to insert a jpg image into a post, which is 88 KB in size. Each time I try to insert the image I get a message saying: The size of the attachment exceeds the permitted limit. Kindly contact the portal admin for further help! I am not adding the image as an attachment, but simply clicking the Insert Image icon on the forum toolbar, so I don't think the attachment size settings should have an affect, but if it does, the settings for attachments

iPhone IMAP sent Folder
Hi i am using Zoho IMAP Mail on my iPhone. Everytime when i send an email i can see this mail twice in the sent folder. The mail was sent just once. When i am sending a Mail via Webinterface it works fine. How can i fix that? Thanks
Search in email problem
I have imported my old gmail and found several old spam messages with **SPAM** as subject. I want to get rid of these messages but as i search for **SPAM I also get all message with any mention of spam in the subject. Gmail "All Mail" folder after migration
Just finished the migration from gmail to zoho. All looks great but there is one little thing: I now have after migration a new map called Gmail with a submap called All Mail. The latter contains 21500 messages. Are these copies of all my old gmail messages? And can I safely delete these messages? Any help much appreciated Hans Pronk

Sending Email to AOL Mail accounts
For whatever reason emails that I have been sending from a POP3 account that I have configured on Zoho have not been going through to AOL mail. I have been using Zoho for about two weeks and this problem only cropped up yesterday. To the best of my knowledge my mail is going through to other domains, but I am obviously concerned as I am relying on it. Just looking for a little help/advice.

Alias Names
So i've set up one of my users with 2 email accounts: 1) tom[at]lcresponders.com 2)admin[at]lcresponders.com Now, when an email is sent, the name that appears is the first part of the email accounts for example with the second email address the sender is listed as "Admin".. Is is possible to change this? For example, I send a email from the admin account, and the sender is listed as "Thomas Holmes" instead of "admin" even though the email address is the same?
