Spell Check Shortcut Not Working
Is there a reason there is no longer a keyboard shortcut for spellchecking in "compose"? It used to work but now doesn't.
How tu configure qmail to have split mail servers of mydomain and maydomain at zoho mail servers
I want to migrate to ZohoMail only some of the email adresses of my domain. I want my email server MX mail.mydomain.com (priority 10) to bounce incomming messages that are not find mydomain to MX mx.zohomail.com (priority 20) example. In mydomain.com qmail server I have one only address A@mydomain.com In mydomain at zoho.com I have only one address Azoho@mydomain.com Actually a message to Azoho@mydomain.com does not arrive to MX at zoho because my primary email server rejects the message because
Sorting Mal by From and by Subject
What happened? I used to be able to sort by these two fields and now I cannot. This is a very important feature to me as I have a ton of e-mail to sort through on a daily basis. How can you have taken this important feature out? Am I missing something, is there a different way to do this now and I am just unaware? It was great to be able to click on the word "From" or "Subject" and get my results quickly. This was one of the features that sold me on this mail product. With Google Mail I had

This will sound simple but when I attempt to add my yahoo account to zoho mail this form comes up and it is a little confusing: Display Name (What do I put in this line?) Email ID (Do I enter my yahoo email address here?) Incoming Server (What do I enter on this line?) Port (what does this mean and how can I find this number? User name (What do I enter on this line?) Password (What do I enter on this line?)
Blackberry Storm zoho help?
i have a blackberry storm and i cannot seem to add an alternate zoho account to it. the g mail account works fine, my work e mail is fine as well. When i try to set up my zoho account it keeps telling me that it could not verify my account and to check my user name, password, etc. ive gone through every possible walk through about enabling pop on my zoho and my storm, ive gone through my account info letter by letter... if anyone knows or could walk me through a specific set up process for my blackberry

Unable to receive emails
Hi, I have tried to set up a new account. I can send emails to other addresses ok, but when I try to send a test to my zoho address I am getting an error message 550 saying the address does not exist at this host. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Please add forwarding "action" to filter options
Hopefully the subject line describes my feature request fairly well. One of the most important filtering options available in Gmail, but thus far still lacking in Zoho, is the selective autoforwarding of messages. Was I able to do this, rather than being limited to forwarding "all or nothing", as apparently is all that is currently available, it would make it much easier to set up the kind of redundancy I would like to have with my email without the risk of having the forwarding for my account turned
How can I change the time format in Zoho Mail?
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to change the time format to 24 hour format instead of 12 hours when I look at all my emails? When I open an email it does show 24 hour format, but the timezone is then incorrect. In the options I have selected the correct timezone. I am based in the Netherlands. Thanks for any suggestions.

New mail accounts unable to receive emails
I setup my email with Zoho on yesterday. Configured it with my domain address theempowerinsource.org. I am able to send emails but am unable to receive emails. I have tried to send from my yahoo account and another email provider and immediately get an unable to send error message. Please help! This email will be very important to my organization in the near future and I do need to be able to receive emails.

Sent mail showing up as read in destination folder
Hello, I'm a recent convert to Zoho. Some e-mails I've sent recently have shown as read in my correspondent's inboxes. So far I know this has happened when sending to people using addresses at chiark.greenend.org.uk. It may have happened with others - I'll let you know if it has. Apparently the problem is an RO header which has been attached to the e-mail at the Zoho end, and which some IMAP clients use as an internal marker of already having been read. The problem appears to be with the Zoho client
Subdomain not working
I just purchase the domain islsp.biz through Zoho and tried to click on the subdomains such as http://business.islsp.biz but only got this screen, see below. Do I need to give this time because it was just 5 minutes ago that I purchase the domain. Am I correct to assume that not all Services/application get a subdomain assigned, for example, the Forum does not have a subdomain, correct? Recent issue: Need to manually synchronize Zoho Mail when using OSX Mail.app?
Hello all: In the past 48 hours it seems that the only way that I can get my Zoho inbox refreshed in mail.app is to manually select "Mailbox/Synchronize". I have tried "Mailbox/Rebuild" but the problem persists. The problem will visually manifest itself when the unread message count disappears in the mailbox pane, and the message headers "disappear" from the inbox. After manually synchronizing they usually reappear (it sometimes takes 2-3 attempts.) I have no problems accessing my inbox through Zoho's
Company Owned Domain
I recently joined a company who does not have a CRM system. There is no way I could live without a CRM system, so I signed up for Zoho. I would like to integrate my mail with CRM so emails that I send from Zoho look like they come from myname@mycompany.com. If I do not personally own the domain, is it possible to make this happen?

I can send email from my ZoHo accounts to other external accounts just fine, so the SMTP server seems to be working. Dear Zoho Team, My users start complaining about sending/receiving mail. Zoho says they exceeded limit of 5GB. I went to control panel and found that each of our users only has 5GB mail storage limit! What happened? According to the subscription page: Business Professional Plan includes all the basic applications like Mail, Documents(Writer, Sheet, Show), Calendar, Tasks, Notes and Links. By default, Business Professional Plan is free for 10 Users with 1GB of Mail space per User and 1 GB of Docs

Hi, is it possible to store all outgoing email from external IMAP accounts in the corresponding IMAP folder, e.g. "Sent"? Thus the message would not require space on the Zoho servers and would be accessible from any other mailclient as well. Regards, Gerd

I just noticed that Tasks can have sub-tasks. Very cool. I'd like to suggest that if I create a sub-task, that I be able to optionally have the main task show as complete once all the sub-tasks are done. If I don't create one or more sub-tasks, then this obviously would not apply.

I was surprised how good ZOHO was especially the CRM. Recruit package I subscribe to is good too but not brilliant. But email sucks and it will cost ZOHO. I was about to move all my workers to ZOHO but the fact that Outlook was reporting an error at least few times a day make me not to rush it and to make sure it works fine. imap and multiple mail accounts
I can use imap with my main zoho account. I have two other secondary accounts which I have not been successful getting a folder listing with an external imap client. Is it possible to have the secondary accounts be imap available? If so is there some general procedure with my Outlook 2007 client? Thanks. Duane

When using Opera 11.52, after I login to my Zoho Mail account, the browser reports the connection as insecure because "The server attempted to apply security measures, but failed." Strangely, if I use https://m.zoho.com, I can login to my email and Opera reports the connection as secure. If I disable javascript, then Opera reports the non-mobile page as secure, but I lose all functionality of my email!
