cannot get back the disabled applications
Hi.. I was not using some applications ( on left side ) of the interface of zoho mail... and accidently disabled MAIL app as well.. Can u guide me how to get that back???

POP with MS Outlook 2010 - Stored Passwords
I do not wish to store my password in MS Outlook on the PC I use as it can easily be decrypted using programs freely available on the net. If I untick "remember password" in Outlook 2010, I am able to receive Zoho mail normally by entering the password when the POP server prompts Outlook to ask for the password. I'm trying to add my gmail account to Zoho mail and get the following error message: Account is InvalidReason:Exception reading response. I know the user id & password are correct.
How to block any email that isn't whitelisted?
I'm sick of all this spam, is there a possibility to immediately block and/or delete any mail that isn't in the whitelist? Blacklisting doesn't work because the mails com from different addresses and domains.
Templates folder still visible over IMAP, even when disabled
I've unchecked the IMAP checkbox for the persistent Templates folder, but the folder is still visible when Zoho mail is configured over IMAP. I'm using Mac Mail 5.1 (Lion). This behavior causes the Zoho mail account to appear strangely in my mail client, because the Templates folder cannot be mapped to any of Mac Mail's default folder set (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, Junk).

If I do not have an email set up as an alias, can I still send FROM it? If so , please let me know how. I had to set up an email design@ and have it forwarded to both my design guys- but if they want to reply from it, they can't.

Hello, Recently I've tried to send too much photos that is available for my account to handle. Now I'm getting an 'address blocked' error when sending emails. It is blocked permanently or there is a chance of unblocking it? I wasn't aware of such hard quotas on the account, but if you could unblock it, I'll remember it in the future.

Hello, Maybe I absolutely do not understand how Zoho works. I originally got Zoho because my work email is POP and cannot be upgraded at this time. However I can forward. I have 2 mobile devices that need access to my email and have a personal email I needed routed somewhere I could access. I have a domain and set up 15GB/User on a trial period. Yet I have no way of upgrading this. I find Zoho very difficult to navigate, almost archaic. I also had to send about 9mb in attachments

Hello: Is there a way to customize the "From" field for emails I send using my Alias Email accounts? Right now, this field's value defaults to the text before the @ symbol e.g. for the alias email: myname@email.com the recipient will see 'myname' in their inbox's 'From' field. Moving a message to Inbox resets message received date
When moving a message stored locally by my mail client to the Inbox of my Zoho account, the "received" date associated with the message becomes the current date. None of the raw headers in the source message appear to be modified, so I suppose this date is stored external to the message. Corrupt email on palm pre
Hi, I'm getting corrupt emails bodies on the Palm Pre - accessing over IMAP (works fine when accessing the same account via POP) In some emails I get '=09 =09 =09 =09 =09 =09.....' all the way through, in another I get '=20' or '=AE' inserted inline in the messages seemingly randomly. In a few others I get attachements not appearing, and the message area being filled with the data from the attachment. Problem adding contact categories
Hi, I'm evaluating Zoho. I'm using Zoho contacts and am trying to add a list of new categories so that I can categorize each of my imported contacts. However, after entering 18 categories, it won't let me enter any more. Even when I delete an existing one it still won't let me add a new one (just sits there at the Enter Category dialogue box). Is there any limit on the number of categories you can have? Is this limit only for the free version or does it also apply to paid versions. Regards Keith

Can send but not receive emails
I just created my account today. I used a couple different providers to send myself test emails. They got bounced with error messages. However, I was able to send an email from my zoho (custom domain) and receive it on my gmail account. What gives?
How do I get the time to display in received email?
The time the email came through only displays in email received today. If I'm away for a couple days, I cannot tell what time of day an email from one or two days ago came through. Many times this is important. How do I remedy this so it displays either on the main inbox page or within each email when I open it?
Unread messages occasionally not in inbox

Storing Emails Permanently
I'm looking to upgrade to Zoho Mail and read a response that if a contact email address changes we would lose all emails addressed to that client account? I'm in an industry that consolidates frequently and can not have emails disappear if X buys Y and its now customer@Y.com instead of X.com. Did I misunderstand? Does Zoho mail STORE the email or just link it?

Hi, Mail Hosting issue I've added my domain and enabled mail hosting at zoho. I've changed the MX records in the DNS at my Domain to mx.zohomail.com (Pri 10) and mx2.zohomail.com (Pri 20) but my emails are still going to my original mail server where my websites are being hosted. How do I add an employee to Mail without mail hosting?
Hi I signed up for Zoho 2 years back and was able to use POP3 to access my email (which is hosted on InMotionHosting) without mail being hosted by Zoho. I recently created an account for an employee and want her to access email (and eventually CRM) but WITHOUT mail hosting. I got an email saying To create mailbox click the link : https://zmail.zoho.com/mailadmin/reqMB.do?uname=mfaruolo10 However, when I click the link, nothing happens. We need to set up Email/CRM quite quickly - please help. Thanks.
re new deesign of zoho mail ("flags" and folder icons)
1) is there a way to have "flag" field back on the left side? 2) also, folder icons are gone... its hard for eyes to find the right folder and get focused on it when there are no icons. any way to get them back? 3) about the contrast - a little bit more of it would be much better in everything else - good job, zoho team!
problem setting up zoho as a pop account in Mac Mail
I just signed up for zoho mail, and I want to be able to download to my Mac via POP. I followed the instructions for setting up my account in Mac Mail, and enabled POP service in my Zoho settings. However, when I initially tried to set up the account, I got a warning that Mail could not contact the server.
