Zoho Mail won't send out. 451 Internal Error
I haven't had a problem previously. When I tried to send emails from 3 different email addresses in the Zoho Mail account, the mail doesn't get sent and I get an error: "451 Internal Error". I have reset the settings, tried all I know to do. Any ideas? thanks.
mobile question - Can't get email on Samsung Galaxy S phone
My Zoho mail account is currently set to IMAP protocol. I have no problems with it on my home Mac book using apple mail, and I have no trouble on my desktop PC at work logging in via the zoho website. On the phone when I open the email app then add account feature on the phone it asks for my email address, username, and password. When I enter these, the phone attempts to connect - but I get an error message back that says either my email address, username, password, or settings are incorrect. (301)
Where are my tasks?
Hi all, I just added a task via the Add To drop down in mail but I can't see any way to see my tasks. I would expect it to be an app down the left side of the screen but it's not. How can I use the Tasks? I feel like I must be missing something very basic here! Thanks all. Phil
"reply to all" inconsistency
This applies to emails in the folder "Sent" EDIT: it seems to be an intermittent problem. At the moment I can't reproduce it. I sent a mail with 15mb attachement from my outlook (IMAP). I do not where the mail goes. The receipant has not received and I have NOT received any returned mail, saying it exceeds the attachment limit. What is the problem? My question is 1. What is attachment size limit? I am using my company domain 2. Should I receive any noice if it fails to deliver due to size of attachment? 3. Does Zoho have any plan to incease the attachement size limit?
kmail (kde email client) error, can't retrieve mail through imap
Hi, I'm using kmail as my mail client and since a few days, I can't get mail from imap. I get this error message : "Login failed, server replied: A000002 NO Your account is temporary blocked for IMAP use... blah blah" There was no update to the mail client, so I don't undertand why I can't fetch my mails anymore... How to use CRM contacts from Zoho Email?
How can I access email addresses in zoho crm from my zoho email application? The email app within zoho crm does not allow me to add a cc or bc email address from a drop down or lookup (it has to be typed manually which is not practical!) & generally the email within crm funtionality is limited. Therefore I use zoho email application, however I cannot seem to access or sync the contacts within crm? Can this be right or am I missing something here? Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sent Emails not showing up in Contact Section in CRM

I have purchased ZRecruit licence and use the mail function however I am using ZCRM free format but I need to be able to use the mail over both the applications, I will never hit 250 bulk emails a day in the Recruit nor in the ZCRM due to the nature of my business and market. This question is from an old discussion. Any solution? "Zoho Mail sends my outgoing emails with From: me@mycompany.com [ this is GOOD ], and Sender: me@zoho.com - this is NOT so good. Many email clients ignore Sender header, but some, most notably MS Outlook and Hotmail use it to construct "From" field along the lines of: "Sent by me@zoho.com on behalf of me@mycompany.com" This is confusing and unprofessional. Zoho Mail Needs a Delte Button In Message View
New Zoho user here. My first impressions of mail are really good. Love it. One thing that appears to be missing though is a "Delete" button while reading an email. It seems crazy that the only way to delete a message is to select a checkbox in list view and hit delete at top... Hi Zoho team, I think there may be issues with the IMAP server again. I'm unable to download emails to Apple Mail, although I can read them on the web interface. I'm seeing the following error: "The server returned the error: The attempt to read data from the server “imap.zoho.com” failed." Note that there was a problem with the IMAP service a couple weeks ago; see this old thread on the forums. Has the same issue cropped up again? Can you take a look please?
Dashboard Missing From Apps
I disabled the Dashboard icon under apps on the left handside of Zoho Mail and now can't find where to add it back. I went into Control Panel but it says it is enabled. Making it disabled and enabled again does not bring it bac. Tom
POP account cannot automatically retrieve

Automatic deleting from IMAP
Is it possible for messages, once I have read them in POP, to no longer appear in IMAP? Or do I have to sign in to the webmail and delete the messages manually?
Recover Lost Email?
I am not sure if any email provider does this but was wondering if, say an employee accidently deletes a few emails that were very important. Is there a way Zoho can somehow recover them? Our exchange server here at the physical location is backed up every night and we are able to retrieve emails from previous dates. Thanks

Can't open subfolders
In Chrome on Windows 7, just recently I am sometimes unable to open my subfolders. If I keep clicking on them in the renaming area they sometimes respond but this is not always the case. I do have Better Popup Blocker on Chrome but have it set to allow popups from zoho.com, so I don't think that's causing the issue.

I set up a zoho account a few days ago, then realized that most of the messages I had been sending people had not arrived. I also found that I was not receiving messages that other people have sent me. Apparently I am receiving some of them, but I have no idea how many are not getting to me. I have the account set up for POP & IMAP. To narrow the problem down, I added the feature that automatically forwards your zoho mail to a separate email account (in this case, gmail) and I do get the messages

I've been trying out Zoho for the past couple of days as an alternative to Gmail/Yahoo. Thought I'd leave a few first impressions that might help the developers or others. 1. Zoho looked good on first load. 2. Zoho was annoying to set up in terms of users and accounts, overly complicated with it's own idea of what things should be. But, support forum had a quick reply. 3. Time / Date Format - 24 Hour Clock
Email arrival time is displayed in this format 06:32 AM and 06:32 PM. It's a kind of mismash of a 24 hour and 12 hour display format. Is there a way to get it to show in 24 Hours, eg 06:32 and 18:32. The preceding 0 can be confusing at quick glance, espically for PM.
