Using Zoho mail with a registered Domain
OK. I have registered on Zoho mail and it has allocated me a 'zoho.com' e mail address. I wish to send mails from my Domain e mail address but if I input the host details to verify ownership as requested, will it migrate the hosting to the Zoho server? I don't want to do this! All I wish to do is for Zoho to host my e mail account online (which was previously on Outlook), so that I can read and send my e mails (using my domain suffix) from anywhere. receiving reported error
I have been using Zoho without a problem online and in POP3 and then today I received the following message in Outlook 2007: Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC0B' It seems to have downloaded the messages correctly. Does anyone know what this means or do I need to do anything about it? Thanks.
Added Wife, No Ability to Login
Hello Again; I created an email account for my wife to also pull her out of the Google Brim. I have her user name as carla@tasana-studios.com. I can goto zoho.com, I can log into the account, the welcome screen says Welcome Carla, but when I click on the mail app, I get "Sorry Page Not Found". What did I do wrong? Thanks Gregory.
Search for an email content
Hi, I'm facing a problem and I'm wondering if I'm the only one noticing this gap in Zoho CRM. I add the ZOHOapp on my Iphone and I use it with my e-mails. So far it is very useful but I would like to know if there is any possibility of searching the content of an email. In the research tool of Zoho CRM, I could only found results in Orders, Invoices, Leads and so on. Zoho CRM is a very powerful tool but I have to admit that no e-mail reserach it is a pity... If anybody is facing the same problem

Does Zoho Mail have the Email conversation feature???? I can't find the Conversation feature in Zoho Mail. Post from June 2009 says that the Conversation feature is scheduled to be release but in Feb 2009 I know it was part of Zoho Mail. Where is that feature has it been removed? Thank you. Hello! I am forwarding mail to my zoho account from three different source accounts because POP accounts don't actually work as I'd hoped they do (the code which gathers POP3 mail doesn't merge the mail into the zoho mailbox; it keeps it partitioned separately) So I'm forwarding the mail instead of POP3. I am a domain administrator. When I set up the first users, I set the email as [firstname].[lastname]@[mydomain].com. Hi, I have two mail boxes in one domain. One box is the default one. If somebody sends emails to the second one (office (at) domain (dot) com) they receive a message cited in the topic. If I change MX records in my domain manager to the default, there is no such message and Zoho can receive mail via POP. But once I change MX records back to Zoho MX, I cannot receive mail again.

Copy of all sent mail comes to my POP3 inbox
I use Zoho through the web interface and also have a POP3 account set up. For some reason for each e-mail that I send to anyone from the web Zoho, a copy is sent to my POP3 inbox in Outlook, which is actually very convenient because I set up a filter so that the message automatically goes into my sent box in Outlook. But I'm wondering, where is the option for this to happen or does Zoho just automatically do this?

Hi there, is it possible to rename the inbox folder to something else ? I use a combination of thunderbird and the nostalgy add-on with a bunch of different email accounts, and would like to be able to rename the inbox to 03_inbox. This would allow me to change between accounts very easily.

I use Zoho mail online and would like to use "quick view" under settings and mail, for opening messages, but it just says "Loading ..." indefinitely and never loads. Because of this I have been opening messages in a new window which is not ideal. I am using Maxthon 3 as my browser but I believe I have tried this in other browsers and had the same problem. Does anyone know if there is a solution for this? Thanks!

Is there a maximum number of labels? We can't move new labels around.
Paying business client here. One of our employees has a lot of labels (100+) and they are all necessary. But, lately we've found that newer labels he creates cannot be moved/sorted. If he is able to, the new labels jump back to their pre-move positions (the place they were when the labels were created). Any idea what would cause this? Thanks!

How do I change the order my pop accounts are listed?
How can one change the order of how all the pop accounts are listed? I've gone into the Mail Accounts tab under Settings and physically moved them around with the arrows, saved changes and then go back to the Mail/Inbox tab and the order of accounts has not changed. We have also changed the physically typed in the numbers in the Mail Accounts tab to reorder the accounts, saved changes and this too has not worked. Last under the mail Mail Settings tab, we selected "Preferred order (drag and drop)"

Sent Mail from Zoho Mail sync with Zoho CRM contacts & leads?
Our company has been using Zoho CRM and I love it. Monday, I started using Zoho Mail and gingerly moving away from Outlook and the Zoho Plug-in. However, is it possible to link Zoho Mail I send to my Zoho CRM leads and contacts? This would be and greatly needed. I hope the solution is not to go to each lead or contact and send from their "profile" page. Jason

Business email
I have created a business email from my zoho account. This new business email doesn't receive any messages into the inbox that it is sharing with my zoho email. I can send messages from it but it won't receive any that I send from my gmail. I am therefore unable to verify this new email and it may get closed down. I am having trouble getting zoho to work with outlook 2003 in my older machine that is running XP. I have gone through all the settings and tested them and received green check marks all the way down the list. When I go to send/receive I am not able to get past about 24kb of data. How long will my mail be kept in my mail account?
I currently use yahoo and outlook express. I can keep emails forever on both of these, and sometimes I search my history 3, 4 even 5 years back. Blackberry and Zoho Mail
Hello, Since I really like Zoho interface, I have replaced MS outlook with Zoho and I have a few (gmail and google apps) email addresses that I'm now hosting in Zoho. I also host same email addresses on my blackberry.
