how to show field "Account"
I need to collect mails from 5 different mail accounts in one inbox, so I did setup alias. Works fine, and I get them all 5 accounts arrive in one inbox, no problems. But how to sort incoming mails by mail account it was sent to? (Feature available in Outlook Express for ages - sorting mail by Account). Now I cannot distinguish to which of my 5 mail accounts each message was sent to.

I run a small IT firm and I'm Beta testing Zoho, Google, and MS. I need to find the right solution to start marketing to my customers, a few are ready to move now. Zoho wins in most categories, except for mobile device integration (sync). This is something that all my customers use and it pretty much eliminates Zoho from competition with the big two. Hi - I'm brand new to Zoho and learning how to use it. So far only the first half of setting up mail hosting was easy. I signed up for a Zoho account a little while ago. Today, I added my (existing) domain by going into "Control Panel" and "Domains", then I verified using the CNAME method. I waited over an hour, and clicked verify. How do I stop contacts from being automatically added from emails I've sent? I find it extremely annoying to have 50 new contacts. Especially when there is no "uncategorized" category to find them all quickly.
How to Imap my business pop account
Thanks in advance for reading (and hopefully answering) my question below. When you look at the picture below. The above account is the standard account. The one underneath is my business account. I now cannot see none of my email via the web browser all I see is how many emails I have and on the right hand plane is empty this is dispite clearing my cookies ECT, as for my Iphone same thing cannot acess emails, has something changed that I not aware about, all worked before, any help would be great, I reply on this account and if i cannot use it I may as well close. any help asap would be great

Using Firefox 4 and XP. The main mail window (and others) won't open. Error console shows a string of error messages similar to the one above. Any ideas? Works fine in Internet Explorer on same computer.
Different Format Options (e.g. Color) for Citations within Email reply
Would it be possible to implement an option so that whenever I hit Reply to an email message, that the cited text is formatted differently (e.g. different color or indent) to distinguish it more easily from my new message text? In addition to that there seems to be a problem when I click within a citation of a reply, I cannot get out of the citation block - even when I press Return a couple of times. Zoho Mail - Add to Task Not working

Ensure emails aren't put into spam folder
I have multiple domains on one account and they're all verified etc - just checking whether there are anymore things I need to do to ensure the emails I send don't end up in the spam folder of the person receiving them, other than verifying I own the domain and adding the alias/send as in zoho. Are there any other things I need to do?

ZOHO mail not working
Our entire company email is not working 1 day after we migrated from exchange to Zoho Mail and I have called 50 times and can't get anyone at customer support to answer the "24 hr" support phones.
Issue Importing Contacts
When I use the Zoho "Import from Gmail" function it does not import street addresses. I'm not sure anything else is missing, I just stopped when I seen this. If I export to a CSV or vCard from Gmail, the address all appears on the Street Address first line like: 123 Main St\: Anytown\: NY:\14123 or 123 Main St<br>Anytown<br>NY<br>14123 I have tried a number of ways to manipulate the data prior to import but short of manually editing 600+ contacts to fix the street addresses, I'm at a loss. Suggestions?
Changing language
I downloaded the Italian version, but I'm not happy with it: I find misleading some of the words (e.g., Forward is translated as Invia, but Invia actually means Send), and anyway more than half is still in English. Can I switch back to English standard version, without loosing the content of my folders, contacts and so on? Thanks, Gaia

Default email instructions not working in IE9
I follow the instructions for IE and Chrome and after copying and pasting the info after clicking Default the info shows next to default but the it seems like something is required beyond that because it still does not show up in default programs and I still get a message that default email is not configured properly.
Pop3 ZoHo doens't work with Windows Mobile 6.1
I try to install Pop3 on my Windows Mobile Phone 6.1.(HTC Snap) When I do the settings automatically and manually, I can't receive e-mails from my ZoHo address on my Phone. The only thing I can do is sending e-mails from the Pop3 account. I tried @gmail.com and @inbox.com. No problems occur.
Contacts only load in safe mode in FF on Mac
Hi, using the latest Firefox 4.0.1 on OSX 10.6.7 and the contacts don't load in the right pane, it hangs on "Loading..." (see screenshot). It only works if page is loaded in "safe mode". Tried disabling Adblock Plus and NoScript but no go. On Windows it works fine with the same browser and Adblock Plus and NoScript active. Works with Safari on Mac too but I prefer Firefox. Anyone seeing the same?

Hello; I am not able to confirm my email address My email address was previously confirmed, but I tried to change/edit my email address (which the option to do is provided); and can now not confirm my email address. After I changed/edited my email address I could not receive the "confirmation link" for the changed/edited email address. Can not connect to Zoho mail server
I can not connect to zoho mail server (imap.zoho.com 72.5.230.99, smtp.zoho.com 74.201.154.90) use my BlackBerry 8900 in China. But I can access my mailbox via mail.zoho.com website, so how can I asscess zoho mail server by my BB 8900 in China, need help! Thanks.

Mail aliases
Hello I am evaluating Zoho as an alternative to Google apps and finding myself with a couple of questions. Firstly, how many aliases is it possible for a single mailbox to have? I have a legacy mailbox with a lot of them (a hundred at least) and would like to be able to replicate it. Secondly, is it possible to sync mail, contacts and calendar in an ActiveSync fashion? Third, is it possible to have more than one Zoho mailbox open at a time on the same machine/browser? Thanks much Dominic

Hello, I'have just setup the Zoho mail in my Thunderbird. But ass you can see, the folders spam & templates are always visible in Thunderbird. That is not what i want. In the settings at Zoho i have not selected them for IMAP. So normaly you won't see them also not int Tb. Can you tell me how to change this? Thanks for your answer.

General Issue about Importing Contacts?
The same behaviour as described in posts about importing contacts from gmail (i.e. First and Last Names are added in the First Name field ) is exhibited by Zoho also when storing contacts from mail sent from zoho account itself, see attachment.
