Zoho to Outlook and an Outlook Reply
I recently started using Zoho, it seems to work fine except It appears peopel using outlook can not reply or forard my emails, they get an error mail can not be sent. When they type a new email it sends to me fine, any suggestions?

Problems connecting and inaccessible zoho
Dashboard zoho api and totally inaccessible. - My Account disconnect. - In zoho project, I can upload an image. - Connection problem. - Problem with the css / iframe on my dashboard and the planner and project. Mail DELETED when switching between accounts!
I was writing/composing an email in one account and had spent some time on this. Then I switched from my zoho account to my other mailaccount (pop account). When I switched back, the mail under zoho was gone! I repeated this to make sure it was not just bad luck. NO, this happens again! PLEASE change that! Now I have to write the whole mail again. At least save a draft when changing, but it would be best to just keep the tab with the new mail in this account open.
Index 'tab' for contacts
I have just imported my contacts from Outlook. What appears to be missing is an 'index tab' so that you can quickly jump to view contacts starting with a particular letter i.e. clicking on the letter S will show you all contacts beginning with S. This makes it much quicker to navigate a large number of contacts and would be a very useful addition. (Sorry I meant to post this under the 'Ideas' section)

Writer!
Whenever I save a document under writer it wants to save a titled document plus untitled doc and i need the untitled to stop. It creates too much time having to delete them and searching becomes more of problem thanks.

I am unable to save in writer under a name it shows that its save under the name on the page however when I go to seach for that file its not there! I have been using zoho forever I do the same thing everyday and every other day its functions get messed up.

Can't add pop account - Account is not validReason:Exception reading response
I am getting an error that reads "Account is not validReason:Exception reading response " does anyone know what this means? I was able to receive mail. However, I couldn't send email. I have verified I am using the correct settings for my email account.
Request for Link field in Tasks
Couldn't find a forum specifically for Tasks - so have posted this here. Could we please have a Link (web url) field when creating a Task, as there is in Calendar when creating an event?

Zoho Mail addresses automatically saved as contacts
Hi, I have several pop mail accounts in my Zoho Mail application. I would like to use Zoho Contacts to manage all my contacts. I've checked that sent email addresses has automatically saved as contacts. Is there any way to automatically save all received and sent email addresses in Zoho Contacts? Or maybe a way to automatically assign each contact to a differente group by email account wich was received or sent? Example: I have 2 mail accounts: A, B. If I send an email with account A to address1@example.com
More standardisation across applications (Tasks and Calendar)
Couldn't find a forum specifically for Tasks - so have posted this here. I would like to see more standardisation when creating an Event or Task. It would therefore be nice, if the Tasks application could also have save/delete/cancel buttons in the same place as the Events screen.

I can manage the content, but only with zoho apps. Moving Mailboxes from one pop account to another
Hi, sorry if this already been covered but I couldn't find it. I've been using Zoho mail which is excellent. I have been using an info@ address as my main email address, I have 2 other accounts myname@ and accounts@. Recently 2 people have told me my info@ account goes into their spam mailbox but when testing myname@ didn't. So I would like to use myname@ as my main account but have the mailboxes from info@. All my mailboxes with lots of subfolders are in my info@ account, can I easily move them
problem in saving documents
hi I am a new user of VO and having problems in saving attachments from email, when I click the option to save documents the new pop windows asks me to chose a folder but the it is not showing any list of folders 2 when i want to see documents usage from admin menu its showing Error! Zoho Creator and Zoho Mail...
I have a database with e-mail addresses; If I click on an e-mail address in Zoho creator and want to send an e-mail by Zoho Mail directly, is it possible?? I mean... is there another solution than to click on "compose" in Zoho Mail and to copy-paste the-mail address... like the e-mail default program for example... Regards.
Adding categories to new task?
I am not sure it is my method or if there might be an oversight. When adding a new task, I can not add a category in the window you add the task with. It is defaulted to General. When I save the task, I can check its box in the list then change the category. Seems like extra work to me. Thanks, Fred

Hi! Me and my friend are using same zoho-emailaddress, and we would like to send e-mails as different "users". We are this far: two accounts using same mail, but how can we create "own sender-profiles"? Meaning, when e-mail says who sent u post, it says; Your name here <example@what.com> so we want to change that "your name here"-part to our names, different names. How can we do that?

Footer images missing
I have 6 email accounts in Zoho all with different signatures which each incorporate a small logo in the footer. I included a small logo to replace the Zoho Mail one at the top left hand corner of the screen which shows 100% but the text in each of my signatures has now lost its formatting and appears in one line and the logos that I had incorporated into each signature have vanished. What has happened ?

Whenever I receive and/or send an email to someone that isn't one of my contacts, they automatically get added to my contact list. Is there any way to keep this from happening?
Customizing Task Reporting
Hello! I am interested in printing a task list for all items that are not closed or cancelled. In the reports tab, it looks like I would have to run two separate reports to get this list. Is there a way to generate a single report which lists all "open" (In Process and Needs Action) tasks while excluding all "closed" (Canceled and Complete) tasks? Also, I would like to sort the "open" tasks by due date so that I can see the tasks in the order in which they are due. Is this possible? Thanks!
Save without leaving Edit mode...
When I'm writing/editing a Notebook entry, the last thing I want is to write for an hour and then have my browser freeze and lose all the work. So I save my work incrementally. Problem is that each time I save, I leave edit mode. I then have to double-click to go back into edit mode, place my cursor at the right spot, and then I can continue editing. Please - can we make it so that we have Save and a Save & Close commands, with Save leaving me in Edit at the cursor? And can we have this implemented
Where should I store my folders and docs??
When I send and email, I can't see docs I create in Projects with Zoho writer. Once I finish something I want to send it, but from email view my docs seem empty. Why? Bryce
What happened to my zoho.com mail?
I just posted videos promoting my book using my zoho.com mail account and now I can't see it, send a mail to it or even find it. What happened? Is it no longer a service? I invested a bit in making the video was that all wasted because Zoho couldn't be bothered telling me the account no loner works?
Invisible Pop account?
I set up a new pop account today. The settings are Ok as far as I can tell. It shows up in the accounts list and the settings/files section for this account shows the two test emails I sent are in the inbox. But the account doesn't appear in the mailbox section and I cannot access the mail. Am I missing something? .
Why the contact icon in the left pane is not showing up?
Left Pane Left pane has the compose button, Folders, Archive Folders, Labels, Views and Contacts. You can drag and drop folders in the pane to move them. The bottom of the Left Pane has links to various POP accounts configured in ZOHO. This is what I read from the help. So I have noticed that I only do have Folders, Archive Folders, Labels, Views while Contacts do not show-up anymore. Did I miss something or is it a bug? Regards,
Can't Log In via POP to get Mail in Windows Live Mail
I've set up my zoho account to be able to get my zoho email through Windows Live Mail. When I put in all the specifics as outlined in the settings and POP tab, and enable pop, the server stops responding. It will not log in to get email. But I can get my regular pop3 internet provider email just fine. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Mel
How can I save and open file directly into Docs?
If I have an open file on my desktop (pdf, doc, xls) is there a way to save it directly into Docs. Currently I have to save it to a location and then uploaded into Docs.
Not automatically recieving email
Hi, I've noticed the problem yesterday and today. Email is not automatically appearing. I have to switch folders to see new mail. Seems to be an auto refresh problem. Eg. Looks like no email is there until I switch folder and then all new emails appear. Its happening on two different machines one running FF 3.6 and the other FF 4.0 beta. Could you take a look.
