My email tab has disappeared
My mail app tab has disappeared and I cannot see my mail. Also, I cannot find mail as an option to add as an app. Please tell me how to get my mail back. Thank you.
Can't change my default email id
Hi, I'm configuring my corporate ZBiz. I add my corporate mail to my account and changed the MX records. Problem is that I can not see my corporate mail inbox, I just see zoho.com inbox and I already mark corporate Id as default email id. How can I delete zoho.com account? Search across all mailboxes in domain?
Is this possible: I want 5 mailboxes for 5 users in 1 domain. I want to have access to search for emails and document attachments across the domain. I need to be able to search and view each users accounts. Is this possible? I ask because we all support our clients and any of us could email them. WHen they call in for support, we need to be able to see who last emailed the client and about what. Is this cross-mailbox within a domain search possible?
New mail notification
Dear Zoho Mail Team, As far as you might know, users don't like to switch to the mail tab time to time and check for new mail. Most of them prefer a little notification balloon on the right bottom corner, as many other desktop programs do. I understand it's not easy (or even possible) to create such a balloon using pure javascript/html, so i would propose you to create a simple thing (as many other web-based services do, and not only for mail, just to notify user something important has just happened):

Greetings. New to Zoho. Primary purpose is to replace both yahoo and gmail accounts with an "@zoho.com" address. However, I also have three domains (that see little email activity) that I'd like Zoho to handle (point mx records to zoho). Basically looking for a universal inbox, hosted by Zoho. Cannot enter folders
I cannot enter my folders anymore. Anyone else suffering from this problem?
Export from all mail folders in one go?

Zoho Add-In for Firefox
There used to be a clipper type add-in for Firefox that clipped bits of webpages, as needed, and added them to Zoho Notebook. I can't seem to find it any more. The Zoho add-in I could find allows local files to be uploaded to Zoho, but I can't figure out any real use for it. It doesn't seem to replace the clipper add-in that was previously available. Is there such a clipper add-in available anymore?

Is it possible for one user to export their settings/fields to another user? This would be very handy for people in the same industry vs. reinventing the wheel.

I see where it says Add Account but it asks for POP and server info. I just want to add new emails at the name URL I purchased from Zoho. Hello to you all. I just today discovered the dashboard and it is a very good fit to my needs. I also use outlook 2003....have no desire to update to 2010,...well yet anyway. Is there a way to sync between Zoho dashboard and Outlook? I have it working with gmail and google calendar but that is far from acceptable. And I am not able to go fully online only. Thanks.
Cannot find how to reduce subscription package from previous enrollment
Dear Zoho team, when I first found ZOHO I subscribed for a payed package. However, I would not like to remove that feature. Namely I have not found the functionality that I thought I would find. Please assist me removing my Zoho account. I think that the system has changed completely, I do not know how to stop payment without posting this question here.

Uploading a Custom Logo in Zoho Business
Hello, I am trying to upload a custom logo into Zoho Business. My image in within the recommended size, and is in .png format. However, when I click the "Save" button to upload my logo, nothing happens. The browser appears to do something, but the preview for my picture still shows "No image available". I tried clearing my cache in Firefox and Internet Explorer, logging out and trying again with no luck. Any ideas on how to work around this? Thanks for you help.

If an app is disabled, will it reappear again in "add apps". If not, how does one retrieve it for use at a later date?

Hi, I've setup my zoho email account with mozilla thunderbird but when i delete an email on thunderbird it still remains in my zoho account online. is there a way to fix this? also when i read an email on thunderbird it remains unread on the zoho website... bit annoying thanks

We should be able to add things like Sender Contains spamword* (or whatever we want to put in there) to catch all mails that have the designated word in the From field for example. Often I like to divert some really common stuff right into the trash or set it for immediate deletion. Also - I have at least one sender whitelisted that is still getting sent to my spam folder. The exact address is in my whitelist so I don't see

Hi Zoho-Team! First, thanks for the wonderful service! Now, that you have introduced the new Zoho Mail Suite I miss one feature. There used to be the number of unread Mails in the browser tab. Can not fetch email over 10mb?
Is there a way to fetch email over 10mb? We have all of our email accounts in ZOHO, but this can put a crunch on the whole biz. Hopefully there is a way... Thanks for you help!
How do I Verify an Add-on Domain?
Hi there, I've searched through the postings here, but can't seem to find the solution. I need to verify a domain that is an add-on to another domain. So, I have a primary domain with Bluehost. And then I have several other domains that i purchased/manage through Bluehost. The domain I want to use with Zoho is one of several that I manage through my Bluehost account and is currently and add-on to my primary domain. I can only verify the domain I want by entering the following format "www.MyPrimaryDomain.DomainIwantToVerity.com",

Now I sign in using my zoho account, and it says [address]@gmail.com at the top, which I don't even use. I signed up here and picked a name with zoho because I want NOTHING to do with GMail! What is going on?
IMAP not working on HTC Desire
Hi, my email doesn't refresh using IMAP and show new emails on my HTC Desire, this was working ok previously but now I have a lot of emails in my Zoho webmail inbox that are not refreshing on the phone. Zoho Mail - Not updated with actions from N8
Hi, When I view my mail using the mail program on the Nokia N8 (setup as IMAP) it does not reflect my viewing or changes on Zoho. When I sync it brings all the mail back onto my phone as unread even if I have read it on the phone. I will also not delete from my phone even if I manually sync after every action. I spent hours setting up many pop accounts to the mail application in Zoho Business. I am used to working with Gmail where I can add several POP accounts and create labels. the way it works on gmail is that labels work accross all the POP accounts added. This means that if I click on a label, I will see all emails with that labels regardless of what POP accounts it is in. Email Question: Copies to sent folder in primary email account
Hi. If I send an email from a non-Zoho email account (e.g., yahoo mail account) but from within Zoho, then that email does not show up in my sent folder in the yahoo email account outside of the Zoho environment (when in Yahoo environment). Is that right? Is there a way for sent emails to show up in both the Zoho and non-Zoho sent folders for a single email account? Thanks.

ZOHO mail not refreshing and picking up new mail
Since the changes to ZOHO mail last weekend just gone, I have been unable to get new mail. If I reboot my laptop, it seems to be able to refresh, but apart from that, I am getting no new emails. I have tried different browsers and I am currently using RockMelt. What is going on at the moment ZOHO, we really could use some "outage advice" with regards to the services. Certainly not willing to pay money to upgrade when I am doubting the reliability factors of the current services..... Over to you ZOHO,
