Mail not working ...
I just have a "Loading ..." in the middle of my screen, regardless of the folder I choose. When I compose and send a message, it is never delivered. Any ideas on what I've done wrong is welcomed. Thanks
How do I select ALL of the archived mail?
I recently found out that you cannot search within the archived mail, therefore I need to move ALL of my archived mail into the inbox. How do I do that? I have >10000 messages in the archives, how can I select all of them and put them back into Inbox?
Using zoho mail with existing domain
Hi, Can someone please point me to the documentation for setting up a new Zoho account with email by using and existing domain name. When I try and st up a new account for a client it asks for an email address to set up but that address does not exist yet and I do not have access to the clients email address.
Groups home page Shared Documents stuck on loading......
If I go into Groups in Zoho Business, select a Group and navigate to the Group's home page the status for Shared Documents just loops showing loading. Shared Sheet, links, tasks, etc... are fine. Not sure if it has something to do with the Writer upgrade.
Request: Change username / login
I recently sent an email to the helpdesk on this, so more of a feature request than a question. I signed up for an account for Zoho Projects, then realised I could also have a Zoho Mail email address. I would not want to use my Zoho Projects username / login, but without creating a new account (I have a project created on my current account so can't see I can do this and remain project creator etc), I can not have a different name. Feature request: ability to change account username / login.
verification of domain
I need to clarify what I need to do for verifying my domain ownership via CNAME I take the unique code I got from the control panel and append my domain name to it 23456dr.lemmerhirt.org and point it to zrs.zoho.com Is there anything else I need? It still hasn't verified and I checked the special code
Searching Archive folder not working
When I archive messages, I am unable to search them. I have also selected all mail yet, search does not find anything that is archived. Chandresh
I cannot add organization members to zoho Business which they have email addresses.
I've just create an organization in Z Biz. When I tried to add a member with email ID like john.doe@example.com there was an error without any message. But I have no problem with adding email ID like "john.doe", what can I do?
Feature request: see size of attachment
I would love to see the size of the attached files right beside them, so you can verify the mail doesn't grow to big for your recipients inbox. Thanks, Tobias

Impossible file suppression
Some spreadsheets can't be deleted. When I try to delete such a file, everything seems OK a first : I receive a pop up message saying that the message has been properly deleted, its name disappears briefly from my screen. BUT, after 3 or 4 seconds it reappers just as it was.... I have several files like this. The only thing I have been able to do is to move them to another folder but I'd like a cleaner solution than creating my own unerasable trash can. By the way, I am using Firefox. Am I the only
top menu bar?
I'm using Zoho Business and am confused about a few things: 1. What is the top bar for (documents, tasks, etc)? Some of those show on the left side also. Is there any difference other than the top bar ones open a new window? 2. I open a write document from the left side and share it with my group however it does not show up under Documents Shared by Me. Shouldn't it? Cannot Create Organization Applications

Disappearing Telephone numbers
Hi First day with ZOHO, so perhaps being dumb! I have imported contacts from CSV and initally when they appear in the contact list it is with their associated Telephone number. These then dissapear. The same happens when I go to an individual contact the phone number is there for about a second and then goes. I am running skype on my computer, has that got anything to do with it? So the numbers have to be in a specific format? Andy
Forwarding
I have tried forwarding my domain to an established website but I notice this transfer has not yet occurred. It has been about 36 hours since. I noticed it says forwarding and masking credits are 0. Does that mean I have to pay a fee for being able to transfer? If so, what is the fee? I have attached a screen shot of what happens when I paste www.asc-coding.com in my browser.
Connecting with Z CRM?
How do I get my existing data in my Z CRM account to link to my Z Business account? Doesn't make sense to maintain separate contacts, calendar, tasks. And, will Z CRM launch Z Mail to send mail?
Button is hidden and on careful click of it getting a JavaScript Error
In Zoho Mail Settings, when the save button is clicked, I am getting a JavaScript error. The button itself is hidden and only 25 per cent is visible. I need to click it only by two ways. Carefully position the mouse in its area and click it. Use Tab key from the previous textbox and once the focus goes and rest there, I have to press (hit) enter key. See screenshot attached for your reference and troubleshooting.
Templates
When I looked at the trial of Zoho I saw some great templates, but now that I'm using it, I can't figure out how to get the templates. When I click on "templates" o the left of the screen, it says "there are no templates available". How do I get them?
Importing contacts...cell phone number?
I am importing some outlook contacts and it prompts me to map fields (ok, no biggie), but there is no way to import a few key fields like: cell phone number email address home phone home address As well as others...am i missing something?
due date doesn't work on tasks
Tried to create a task with a start date 19/02/09 and end date 15/03/09 - and it gave me an error saying that the end date must be later than the start date - it blatantly is - this is quite annoying, for dailuy task management this needs to work without failure if we are to replace zoho with other producitivity apps we have i.e outlook.! UPDATE: Seems to be able to post dates in the same month after the date (in this case the 19) but unable to post dates in the following month where the date value

i love the `add app` option but some web pages just "want to" load in a full page like (for example: try add gmail) leaving the "framed" way to load apps of zoho business behind. i manage to add some apps that want a full page for themselves running them through proxys like unblockusonline proxy (dont know why it works). but it doesnt support ssl certified pages (for example the google login page). any tips you programmers guys have to work around the full page problem? and you guys plan to add some
Invitations not working
I have set up an organization within Business. To test whether I could add a user, I set up a new gmail account. Then I sent an invitation to this address and logged out of Zoho Business. Upon logging into the gmail account, I clicked on the link to accept the invitation, instructed the login to use the gmail account. This redirects to choose a zoho user name. Clock on desktop
probably not the most important request, but I would like to see a clock on the desktop. I have been using Zoho only for a couple of days, but I find myself working with a fullscreen browser. I especially use the calendar and the todo lists, which are both visible from the homescreen. If there was a clock there I wouldn't have to keep minimizing my browser to see the time. Just wanted to know whether the search would span both the current folder and/or archive folder or should I select archive folder and then submit a search? I think currently it is mutually exclusive? Pl. correct me if my understanding was incorrect?
Encodage characters problem into french version
There is a serious encodage character problem into french version of Zoho Mail... It is very damage because I would like to migrate from google to zoho... but... as the french language interface is not complete, it is problematic... Is anybody has same problmem? thanks.
Palm PDA support
Chaps We use a few Palm based PDA's which are wi-fi enabled. We can login to ZOHO and get the desktop, but on the mail section the 'getting your mail' just keeps spinning round. Is this an issue with java support on the PDA browser??? thanks

Cannot update email login id to switch to zoho domain

At this point, I wish to change my logon ID to zoho, as I have decided to migrate from Google over to Zoho. Here is the problem: Login to Zoho Personal, select Settings. There is two things here I would like to ask: 1. I own a website but its free webs from webs.com and I would like to use that domain www.vistaxptricks.webs.com but there is noway that I can create an html or a cname or whatever the other option is can you help me out? 2. When adding gmail as a 2nd account, it does not leave mail on gmail server
I added my gmail account as a 2nd account. Even though I have set the server settings to leave the mail on the server, zoho still pulls the copy from gmail and it is gone from gmal.
Can't send email in my Tesconet account
I have set up a POP3 account in Zoho mail for my Tesconet account. I receive my email OK but when I try to send I receive 421 error for mail.tesco.net port 25. The acccount is set up with inbound server as mail.tesco.net port 110 with correct userid and password, and outbound server mail.tesco.net port 25, no authentication. These are the correct settings according to the ISP web site - any idea what the problem can be? Thanks
Problem sending email through Tesconet account
Hi, I'm having problem sending email for my Tesconet email account, set up as POP3 in Zoho Mail. Receiving my emails works fine (set up with POP3 server mail.tesco.net, port 110, correct userid and password). When I try to send new email, I get error 421 for mail.tesco.net, port 25.
