Dear sir, We are existing user using the captioned version. Now we are migrating to another server. While knowing that the "new" and "old" machine must have the same version, we cannot find the build 3210 in your websites. All we can download is 3.1. More Bugs in 3.2 build 3200
Hello, I recently discovered that great program, it's very usable and have what I need. Unfourtunately it have some important bugs. I have installed the version 3.2 build 3200 from zero on a Windows XP prof. SP2 with a Intel P4 DELL system with 1 GB Ram. In I.E. v. 6.0.2900.2180 and Mozilla Firefox v. 1.5.0.2. Problems: - Inside a User group, when you add new users as users or moderators, you can not erase it or change from user to moderator or viceversa only if your username have the name like:

lost password
I had a user who lost her password. As the admin I went into settings, admin, password configuration. I entered the user name and put in my e-mail address to have the password for that user sent to me so that I could help get them logged back into the system. Nothing happened, I never received the password. I tried it to a number of other e-mail addresses I have and I never recieved the e-mail. The system did say it sent it but I never got it. I stopped and re-started the server, still nothing. I
Email will not delete
When I delete an email it appears as though it gets deleted but when the page refreshes the email comes back.

Can't connect to VO installation on local PC or via internet
I have just installed on-Premise version of Virtual Office 3.2. I want to use it for small office installation. The port setting is the default 8080. I have a router and Mcafee Security Center 2007 installed. As I am a newbie and only fairly IT literate can someone give me the "idiots" guide" to getting Virtual Office up and running. I would really like to use it!

Mail encoding - Changing default value?
Hi! I�m wondering if there�s a way to change the default mail encoding to ISO-8859-1 instead of the default UTF-8? My e-mails look really weird when I�m using my native language (swedish). I know that you easily can change this when composing a mail but it�s really easy to forget this when you're in a hurry so I would like to change the default value instead so VO always uses ISO-8859-1 as default. I guess there�s some manual changes that has to be done to achieve this since I have not found any
disabling notifications from events and calendar
Hi all, I have tried to find an anser to this in th forum, but without success... My question is: Each time some one is posting something on the calendar or in the events, all users get a notification about it in the e-mail. Is it possible to completely disable this function?? Every user is checking the personal and group calendar and events on a daily base so we do not need this function. We use the calendar a lot so you can imagen that the e-mail inbox get's a lot of messages! Please let me know.

can mtg requests/invitation requests in ZOHO's calendaring app be accepted by MS outlook users whereby they can "accept" it and have it populate on their calnedar?

Contacts
The sorting of contacts needs to be considered. If I go to the contacts list, and click Name it seems to attempt to sort by last name. But it does a horrible job of it. Sometimes it uses last name, sometimes first. and yes I checked and they are entered correctly. It is worse if you start an email, then click the TO: to bring up the contact list. There is no way to sort or group the list. So its just a jumbled up mess.

When I install Zoho virtual office I get the next error. Severe error Can't unpack files Then, when I press ok the install stopt. Question: Do I need to install first sun java. Machine is P4 3000 1gb ram
Document versioning question
So, can you give a quick how-to on the document versioning? I click on the version number of one of my documents and some drop down text appears. File Name and Version. If I click on version, it downloads the document. I tried to upload the same file and thought it would version it but it just put a (1) after the file name. Help. Thanks!

There seems hat you can only back up one organization at a time? Is there a way to backup all of the organizations at the same time, and is there a way to schedule the backup task so that it can be automated???

I am looking at hosting Zoho Virtual Office for my customers on my own servers. Is there any plans to release Writer, Sheet, Show, Project amd Plan as a downloadable package so that a service provider would be able to provide there aditional features/services to their customers?
Allotted Document Usage Control
Please add the ability for the System Administrator (the account that can create new Organizations) to be able to define the Allotted Document Usage per organization. This would allow a service provider to control how much disk space is being used and would create a means to charge Organizations more for more disk space.

Is there a way to modify the messages that are sent out by the server? For instance, I want to change the email that is sent when a new account is created so it is more tailored to my organization... I am testing single user installation on my windows XP (local installation) after running it I have configured it as per my testing requirement, have further created & added users, but dont know how can users connect to my computer using internet connection (they are not on the LAN) I have a cable modem connection & I guess that gives me dynamic IP. Mail Box Size Limitations
Is there currently a way to modify the allowable size of email mailboxes? It would be great if this could be done on a per Organization basis.
Ability to send email to ALL users of ALL Organizations
It would be great to be able to send an email to EVERY user on the system. This would be useful to be able to notify all users of scheduled maintenance times and events.

Question about Document management
When I download a document that has been uploaded into the VO document management section the name of the document changes. For example my original uploaded document was named "Demo Call In Numbers.doc" and when I download it from the document management the name is "Demo+Call+In+Numbers.doc". Is this a known issue? Also please note that when looking at the "documents" section, the file is displayed as "Demo Call In Numbers.doc� The "+" seem to be added when the document is downloaded. Thanks
Service Redundancy?
I am evaluating offering VO to my customers and I have a question on redundancy. Are there documented methods available to add a redundant server, or to add additional servers to accommodate user loads? If customers are using VO on a regular basis, I am sure that they would want an SLA that would provide a high availability of the service.
VO 3.2 can't invite outside person into a scheduled event
I am evaluting VO 3.2 with latest Service Pack installed. I have amongst other issues, but more pressing issue is the fact I cannot invite a client into a scheduled meeting using the calander in VO 3.2... I can only invite local members of my organization but no one outside this group. If this is so then this would render the calander on VO non useful for my organization. Is there a possible fix or work around, please note I have already read your forums and have installed the latest service pack
