Creating a new entry in Desktop
I would like to create a new window in the desktop. I have documents or links that are personal, and others that are profssional. Is it possible to add a new window in my desktop that are similar to, let's say "Favorite Links", called "Professional Links"? Or another window similar to "Tasks" but, named "Appointments"?

Sorry for these simple questions, but I'm a newbie. I created a task, like "remodeling my office". But couldn't find a way to create subtopics like "Get desks and chairs", "Get a computer and firewall", and so on. Can I do it? or is this an unsupported feature? Thanks
old mail import
hi all, i'm trying to use vo since three days and it seems a very good sw. in order to migrate permanently from outlook to vo i should be able to import all my old mails to the new sw but i don't see any tool to make this. do you think this feature will be implemented or there is a way to convert some kind of archive into vo mail format? thank you for your help. marco cavallini
VO is not accessable via Internet!
Hi, it's not possible for me to access VO from other locations via Internet. I've got a DSL router and maped the port 1542 which I chossed during installation directly to my client im private network. I can access my client via Internet over RTP and Port 1542 is excepted on OS firewall. Router Firewall ist off! What could be wrong? Tanx in advance! B. Sadiq
My VO server don't start anymore :(
Hello, i use the VO 3.2 on my winXP SP2 PC. Everything was working fine but now (nothing change on my computer) VO don't start anymore. I have the starting screen but at a time it's stop !! Writer signatures; Notes locked in place
It would be nice to have the ability to add full text options and editing for outbound mail signatures in our mail options settings. (ie. color, graphics, font selection, bold, etc) thnx also: Can't seem to move an open note anywhere on my desktop so that i can view an e-mail or other task at the same time. cannot rename or delete created folder in email mange folder
I have created an additonal folder via mail options/manage folders for email messages.Once created I cannot delete it, or rename it. When i click on the folder to attempt change i notice a message "error on page" in the bottom left hand corner of my browser. error message states Line: 1 Char:1 error = object expected. photographs won't load in VO
Hi, I can upload photographs into the directories I've created, but once they are there and you click on them, nothing happens. If you try to open them in a new window, you get an error page. I found something similar to this problem posted back in February, but the "fix" didn't work. Some of the photos will show up in My Pictures, and sometimes the will open, but rarely. Also, for each project I have, I have a separate directory in Documents. Each project has it's own photos. Under My Pictures,

problems with remote access
Hi, I'm having some issues allowing a friend access to VO. I installed the program and have no problems accessing it on the other computers that are directly networked together, but my friend can't gain access from his computer. I've tried to find and follow all of the advice here, but nothing has worked so far. I'll give you as much as I can and hope someone can tell me what I'm dong wrong :) 1. Windows XP Pro 2. New/first install = Bad experience!
Jeesh, I almost had a heart attack just a few minutes ago. After installing Zoho Virtual Office, all my favorites vanished. Somehow, ZVO was pointing to C: instead. Other things with Windows Explorer just weren't working correctly. I steeled myself for data recovery mode, but luckily everything put back right--as best can now be seen--with only an uninstall of ZVO. I don�t know if you can reproduce this: If a user is typing a message and suddenly it receives an answer to a previous question, all the text you are typing (before you press Enter) disappears... which forces you to start again and expect do not t receive a message while tiping anew! I.m using IE. By the way, would be great the posiibility to save the chat history as a document... Thx.

Hello. First, thanks for a great product. I'm mystfied why it's not possible for others to edit an shared document. In many cases people would want a document to be shared so that others can contribute to the content. A far as I can see this is not possible with Zoho VO 3.2 without moving the document to a persons personal area, edit it, and then put it back as a shared document. This making it a second document to the original. Can you clarify if I'm right or shortly give a howto if it is indead

Im experimenting with VO, however there are a number of problems The greatest of which is: 1) How do you IMPORT more than 1 contact at a time? That is say 100 contacts at the SAME time! Thanks Jonathan
Usability suggestion on notifications
When automatic notifications are received, they aren�t very helpful sometimes... ie. for example if a user in a group uploads a document, the rest of the group receive a notification like "xxx has uploaded doc xxxx ". But the question is: where was it uploaded?... if you a complex tree it�s time consuming to search inside... I suggest at least it says the complete path where it was uploaded. This is a first stage towards a more flexible notification system... where ideally I recommend you supply

"From" name has changed
We have been testing VO for about two weeks now and all is great. However, over the last few days I noted that when we send an email the recipient does not receive our full name, only the email address in the FROM field. It used to send it, and checking back the sent items I can see it did last week but now it will not. Hello, Another error in events. Inserting a new event with the checkbox 'all day event' checked the event moves to the next day. Updating the same event so that 'all day event' is off moves the event to the original date. Thanks Jan Wdb
IMAP Sent Items problem
Hi, i have problem in using VO with my IMAP server. Eveyrhing works fine except when i reply to email no copy is saved in Sent Items folder. They do not appear neither on server nor locally. It also apparently impossible to map a remote folder to become special folder in VO such as sent items, trash etc. Am i misconfigured something or it is a known issue? Best regards, Igor.

Hi! I just downloaded and installed VO, so far so good. I definitely like what I'm seeing. Question #1 I was attempting to create a spreadsheet, but that doesn't seem possible with VO at this time. I found Zoho Sheet, so my basic need is filled there. I am wondering if spreadsheet capabilities will be in VO in a future version. Question #2 I have a Windows Mobile 5.0 PDA and have to use ActiveSync to get my documents, appointments, contacts, and tasks back and forth from my PC to my PDA. Do you have
internal web based access
chaps I know i keep asking, but i dont want you to forget about this feature. I think quite a few people who have VO deployed in a work environment would love this feature. To have the ability to use VO as a gateway to access internal network web based systems from outside the corporate network would really make my ability to shout VO's praises even more :-) and id also be able to log onto my servicedesk server when im out of the office along with several other web based systems.
