Funny e-mail folder issue
Since upgrading to 3.2 (and also subsequently applying the patch for build 3201), I seem to be having a random problem with my e-mail folders all displaying in the pane one on top of another (see the picture attachment for a screen shot) in the folder view. If I click the refresh button or click one of my other accounts and then go back to the first one, it sometimes clears it up and lists the folders underneath each other as they should be, but sometimes this doesn't correct the problem. Hello Zoho. First, great service as I travel without a laptop around the world and really appreciate an online word processor. Second, my question, is whether I can store a file like a powerpoint, along with my word file since they are in the same project. Third, your contact link is too confusing. tasks in group desktop
In a group I create 11 tasks categories. On the desktop display I see only the nine. How can I reach number 10 and 11? There is now scrollbar.

Zoho Crashed Server(LINUX) Problem can be reproduced
Hi Guys, I have 4 servers running hSphere CP and CentOS 4-3 Everytime i instaled Zoho on each server it caused this error after couple hours EXT3-FS Error (Device SDA2) In Start_Transaction Journal has abborted I can reproduce the error by installing clean servers, runs up2date, and install hsphere and put Zoho 3.2 or 3.1 on it any way to solve this issues
Files not saving
With the new upgrade to 3.2, I cannot save files. I try it two ways: 1. upload a file. it uploads with no errors, but it never appears on my list of files 2. create a new document. It does the dropdown with the gui editor. I can edit a file and click save but the file never appears in my list of files. I looked through the log files but I cannot see any errors. Thanks, Tom
wap interface
so, I've upgraded to 3.2 - nice job guys, looks good at my initial look. I've tried to access the wap interface. If I use my laptop browser and enter the wap address it does display the WAP login screen, I can log in and select the options. If I try to log in using my blackberry browser I get a http error 400 Bad request. Other wap sites do work from my blackberry. This is probably the most important feature for me - would like to get it working from my berry (verizon 7130e)

Is there any possibility to import e-mails as .eml files?
Suggestion for discussions
I would like to suggest that when someone posts a reply in the discussions thread section that an alert be made on the personal page, where I and my other uses spend most of the time when logged in. This aleviates the need to keep checking the group page to see if there are any new posts. It came be something simple like an alert icon being displayed on the personal page somewhere. Steve
Cannnot make changes to Group Wikis
Hello, I am having problems with the Group Wiki feature. I am able to edit and save my personal Wiki, but I cannot save changes to the group wiki. I have tried various users and permissions, but it simply will not accept the change. It will let me add a new Group wiki, but even then I can't change the contents of it. Changing User Rights ?
Can a root admin transfer it's rights to another user? Because if you have a root admin no longer working in the organization, how would you give an existing user admin rights without creating a new root admin.
WAP Contacts Issue
Maybe it's just me.... Anyone even tried to access a contact using the WAP feature? When I do I get a (Null Contact Name) If I try to click on the contact it goes nowhere.

I cannot join file with my mails since the last update 3.2. I did not note any improvement on the level of treatment of the accounts with IMAP transport. What can I do ? But good job for the French translation, is perfect.

All Day Events
Hi there I've upgraded to 3.2 via service pack 3, and all seems well apart from... I notice that my events marked as "all day" events are showing up a day late when I view by month - it only seems to be when I select to view the month, not weekly or daily - so something marked as an all day event for 5th May will show up in the 6th May box if I view the whole month! Font size is too small
VO's font size is too small for Chinese Version. In Chinse version,When font size less than 12.It will be illegible,not clear. Customer complain this problem.
Virtual Office Autostart
Installed Zoho Virtual Office (Linux edition). It runs fine as long as I have the telnet box open after the install. But when I log off telnet, the program is not accessible from a web browser. How do I keeo the program running on a Linux server once the install has completed and I wish to close the telnet window? Also, how do I get the program to run automatically should I reboot the server?

Is it possible to have multiple users for zoho office, and if so, say you dont have email, is it possible to send private messages to eachother or memos?

login usage
Chaps quite a while ago i enquired if it would be possible to write off to a log file, or have available to the root admin, the logon times, amount of time logged on, top users, busiest times etc Is this still on your roadmap, as im getting asked for usage stats on my VO server my directors. cheers ojo
calendar view
In the private calendars I can get a weekly or monthly overview. In the public calendar I can only see the the actual day. Can I change that somehow? Thanks a lot!
remove the remember me on login screen
chaps something that i think could be a security issues is the 'remember me' check box on the login screen. As i believe this sends a cookie to the local pc - is there a way of having the option to remove this. I think it might make people feel a little safer knowing their info cant be stored locally when using a different PC. cheers ojo

IE 7 - Beta 2 support

Strange email problems since Service Pack installation
Hi. I installed the service pack today and started noticing some weird problems. I've forwarded email on to other people who have forwarded it on to others and they get an error email returned to them stating that the mail was undeliverable. I had them forward it on to me and I notice that the email was bounced back from a long session ID number @zohovo.com...Now, why is this email that they're forwarding on being bounced from you guys at zoho? Active Directory Authentication
I've set it up correctly but it doesn't work, I can't get it to list the users also I don't know if this is related but when you choose AD Authentication nothing changes on the login page. And another thing I run Servicedesk aswell and when you are logged into both ( doesnt matter which browser i.e. firefox) Everytime you do something on SD+ if keeps bringin you back to the login page.
inviting attendees to meetings
When inviting attendees to meetings, is there any way of checking if they already have a meeting scheduled? I know you can see any meetings they may have within a group calendar, but if you are just scheduling an event you cant easily tell if someone is available at that time.
Poor group discussion features
Hello everybody! I just setup a group and tried the group discussion, or should I say forum. Sorry, but the ammount of the features did not blew me away. Every freeware forum like a lot of php or perl script have much more sophisticated features than that. What is a good groupware without a good forum? Well, I think nothing. Just take a look at the good old YaBB or the IconBoard. These are forums! I was thinking about to purchase VO. - Not anymore...

accessing my zohovo server from other computer using xampp
dear zoho , thanks for you all to creat this amazing application. i want ask you something, i've success to installed zohovo in my computer and i want access through my other computer, then i installed xaamp. i set : ZohoVO Server Host Name : 192.168.1.105 (my computer ip number) port : 8080 but when i try to access using from other computer http://192.168.1.105:8080 that don't work. what should i do then ??? thx

Java error message during installation
Hello! During installation of Virtual Office I get following error message: Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for object heap Could not create the Java virtual machine. I am using a virtual server with Confixx. My hosting provider tells me I should run java with the option -Xmx24m, in order to reduce memory heap from 64 MB to 24 MB! Is it possible to run Virtual Office Installer with this option? Or is there any other solution for my problem? Thanks, Chris

We are going to buy VO but we need to see these things addressed. Do we get priority on bugs and enhancement requests and a dedicated contact person to address them with an ETA when they are submitted?
