Announcements disappear after upgrade
After applying the path 3 from 3020, the announcements disapeared from the desktop. Any ideas? Also how do I know if I need to install the il8n patch? I do not recall if I imstalled il8n before.

Missing IMAP messages
I just downloaded and installed a demo version of Virtual Office, and configured it for IMAP access to my mail server (running mDaemon version 8.1.2). I have quite a few IMAP folders, and some of those folders have a lot of messages in them. Virtual Office shows all the folders, but some folders have no messages, even though messages are on the server. If I access the server with a different IMAP client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird, or mDaemon's native web client, then I can see all the messages,

Multiple copies of email

vo not starting
hi all, this morning i got a new situation: vo not starting at all. i'v tried to reboot my pc several times and got different results: or vo freezed on the splash screen; or PC freezed on vo splash screen; or vo started but not working (connection refused while connecting to localhost:8080) i've also tried to restart application after closing process mysql... from task manager but it was not helpful too. attached please find all my \AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\server\default\log files in rar format

progran crashes
hi all, i've experienced some program crashes during normal use. or i can say low use, i have only two user and only one, me, connected. i have vo installed on a pc with winxp home, 512 mb ram and i use currently this pc. crashes are a big problem because, after them, the program cannot restart and i have to reboot the pc. if you want take a look at some log file, please let me know. thank you
SP2 Update Possible Bug?
Funny thing with SP2 and Firefox right now. It only does this with Firefox not IE. When emptying the trash folder you get the following display. I did clear the cache and what not. This didn't happen with I was running ver 3010.
Document Load
this morning documents did load, but now 1.23 Pacific time, they will not upload. Had 3 of our people call from NY and they are experiencing the same problem. I also tried to delete a document and it will not. Thank you. Manya

Setup home network
Hi. I just installed a wireless network in my house. I have a server which i want to install zoho on. I've got three other computers in different rooms. My idea i to use zoho for mail, planning etc, and with zoho i will be able to use any computer in the house to check my mail etc. But is there any virusprotection in zoho? IS there a way to edit a document in the system and have the changes take, without savinging it into the desktop and creating a copy? Or even creating a copy and having the ability to save changes.( had a user work on document in system and no changes were saved Something like this? Opening Presentation or renaming
Tried to open presentation. Will not open. ITs 2mb. Tried to rename , cannot do that either. Also tried to rename documents in other groups, and could not. Thanks, Manya
files open in browser
fantastic piece of software, but........ was running the original version and when someone clicked on a document they had the option to open or save, but after upgrading to the latest version files try to open within the browser. This is not good for my users :-( what has changed????
VO not starting in XP
Virtual Office seems like it is loading fine, until it gets to the 'Loading Application Layer'. I read on here about updating the Startdb.bat so I did that to see if that would fix the problem, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rhett Leary

GROUP CALENDAR
Face a nasty problem with a (public) group calendar. When a task is added at a certain time, the task will not appear in the group calendar, although all members are on the attendees list; the task only appear in the user calender. How to solve that? Thank you. Mm

I visited ZOHO Virtual Office homepage yesterday and clicked to download FREE version of Virtual Office. But in fact - the version I downloaded is evaluation and it will be expired in 30 days. Program didn't offer me any choice between evaluation and free as I expected. So... where is the catch? Did I miss something? Will my program really shutdown after 30days? It is only me using the VO so I don't need to pay any "contribution"?

vo will not start
Hi there Ive been using VO for quite a while and decided to start again with the latest version. Everything went well for about 6 hours and now i cant get the service to stay running. Event time is hour off
When I create an event, it changes the time. For example when I create a meeting at 4:00 and click save. It shows up in my calendar as 3:00. I have tried different time zone settings, but haven't been able to figure it out.
groups disappeared
all our groups have disappeared from vo, the only thing i can think of is we assigned a new root admin and deleted the old one. would this have deleted the groups create by the previous admin?
Unsolicited mail is not being identified by zoho
Hi, We have installed zoho ver 3 and applied the latest patches etc.. We have configured the mail to be marked as spam, but whenever we log in we still find all the spam messages sitting in the Unread folder, so we mark each message as spam, expecting the system to learn, but so far zoho has not identified any messages as being spam. Are we doing something wrong? is there a way to debug the process? I made sure that Settings> Admin > System Settings > Enable Antispam funcilnality is turned on and

Okay, so first off...great job! This is a fantastic piece of code here, has many features that I haven't seen elsewhere. And the client interfact is very slick too...keep up the good work! Now on to my questions: 1. We have an external mail host, and currently we are using Outlook to interface with it. Because of that, whenever one employee sends an email to another email, it first goes from our site to the external servers, and then back down to our site. This is a big problem, as we like to use
Character Limits
Okay, so I started inputting company info into ZoHo and ran across a few problems: 1. Passwords can't be longer than 10 characters? I don't really mind this in most situations, but for the default passwords we give each new user it's "first initial + last name + 1" and on a few occassions that equals more than ten. We can get around this, but it's still a slight issue. 2. Somewhat related to the first problem...our email address are "first initial + last name @ companyname.com". The company name

Hi, After posting an article, I wanted to change the title. I edited the title of the discussion topic but the new title is not being updated on the topic list (when you click discussion), but is correctly displayed whenever we click on the edit topic button, or when you click on the article itself. thanks
Language and charset problems
Hi all, I've installed SP2 and also the language pack. I'm still experiencing problems with charset, and special characters are not displayed in the attached picture. I've tried all encoding options in IE6 menu, and nothing changes. I'd like to say that the translation is very very poor, and is not acceptable for a professional use. I even prefer to use English, instead of that (french) translation. Is there a way to create our own ? I would be happy then to share my work, if needed. I'm anyway happy

hi we had some problems with the calendar, unfortunately the Team calendar is unusable. too many limitations ... so it's impossible to work with, TEAM calendar function is really bad. So we tried to use the private calendar as a workaround but without success. dates were not correctly displayed, see attached sceenshot, and we aslo can't see shared entrys in the calendar.
