How to set lead tags depending on email link click
Hi, I want to accomplish the following: * Leads receive a campaign/journey email * This email contains 3 links with different URLS * Depending on the link click a tag is added to the lead (link 1 -> tag 1 / link 2 -> tag 2 ...) Any idea on how to do this with MarketingHub? Best, Peter

Ok, what I am doing is a bit "complicated" but it is the best solution so far for what I want to achieve. I use Wordpress and Elementor Form for a Ebook Download lead capturing page. Leads sources not showing on Touchpoints by sources
Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. I have made some test leads coming to my website through a Facebook post, I see the test leads (under Leads Tab), and when I go to Touchpoint reports, I just see the visitors from Facebook,
Why Can I Not Integrate Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM in my ZohoONE Account
I have ticket open at the moment because the Zoho One system is saying I cannot connect Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM because I am already configured to Campaigns but I am waiting to hear what can be done - I have verifed my domain in Marketing Hub but Campaigns is saying it cannot verify because its already verified with another Zoho App. I am confused about the difference of Marketing Hub App and Campaigns App as they are both included in ZohoONE but they don't talk to each other from what I see.

Many have larger lists that we need to use Hub to segment behaviorally and nurture through drip campaigns. Here's the problem: A. You are not clear anywhere about these add-on costs. Unable to open support requests!
Hi guys I have now several times tried adding support requests for problems we've been having, with various departments. The support ticket is sent, we get a confirmation screen and a request ID, but no replies from suppprt and the submitted requests does not show up in My Area. Same happens if we submit a request via e-mail; no reply and no ticket created. Anybody else have this issue?

Problems with URLs and Template editor email marketing signature.

How to set up Smart URLs on a WordPress site?

How can I add more than 1 CRM account for pushing/syncing.
Right now, my account (marketing lead) is the only account available in the "CRM Account" pull-down for setting up "push to CRM" in both the automation setup for forms, and in CRM actions in journeys. How can I add more accounts... specifically sales. Because now, when I push a lead to the CRM, I'm assigned as the owner. We should be able to pick the CRM account of someone in sales when pushing leads... so that they are the lead owner.
CRM Field Mapping Template?
Every time I add a new form, I have to go through the long process of mapping every field in the same way I did for every other form, when setting up a push to CRM. Even obvious fields with the same name between form data and CRM fields aren't automatically mapped -- with is irritating. Can we get a way to save a mapping setup so that we can simply pick the saved mapping when creating a new form that pushes data to the CRM?

Changing a webapp to a website
One of our companie's websites has mistakenly be created as a web app (under MarketingHub's Web Assistant menu). I've tried deleting it and creating a website with the same domain, but the app will only allow me to restore the web app and not create something new. First, can I make this change and if so, how? Second, what exactly distinguishes a website from a web app? is a web app simply a site that runs javascript or is there more to the distinction?

Hello! I have associated my Zoho Campaigns account with my newly created Zoho Marketing Hub account. Currently, I have weekly syncs between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. If I clone my lists, will the leads and contacts continue to be synced in Zoho Marketing Hub? Or should I simply create new synced lists in Marketing Hub? Thank you
Marketing Hub Campaign Periodic Sync Grabbing Wrong Module Info
Hello, I think there is a bug with Marketing Hub Sync right now. I am trying to sync all of my contacts associated with an active account and when I go to map fields, it is pulling in fields from the Deals module instead. I have the criteria clearly checked as Contacts and Accounts... It's been doing this for over two weeks now with no change. The first screen shot below shows the sync setup, and then the second screen shot shows the mapping pulling in "Portfolio Profiles" which is just our 'Deals'

How do I turn off double-opt-in for SQL contact forms?
New enterprise ZohoOne customer here. We're trying to get ramped up in a migration (it's still failing) from Hubspot, and am now working on replicating Hubspot's Contact --> workflow in Marketing Hub. Except - marketing hub acts like it's a newsletter publisher??? How do I turn off the double-opt-in for SQL contact request forms? I need to put these into a journey with scoring/qualification, but the double-opt-in is non-standard for an SQL form. In fact, it's stupid. How do I turn it off?
Web assistant analytics always VERY different from Google analytics
I'm see the analytics in the Marketing Hub's Web assistant to be way off from what's being reported in Google Analytics. Is anyone else seeing this? For example. Yesterday (Dec 1, 2019) Google Analytics reported 54 visitors from Facebook. Web assistant shows zero from Facebook. This disparity exists for almost all referring sources, every day. Total visits are also always way off.
Is anyone using Touchpoints to identify their best performing lead sources?
Hi MarketingHub users, I ask the question because the MarketingHub promotional video shows how I will be able to make better spend decisions based on the data collected with Touchpoints, but I find this feature just does not work. If you are using the feature successfully, please tell me how you have it set up. I only really see visits and although we regularly have leads come into our different MarketingHub lead lists and go through our journeys, it seems none of our Touchpoints are responsible
Forms no longer appearing on Wordpress pages
I installed the ZMHUB Wordpress plugin and added lead gen forms into my pages using the short code. The code is still correct and the forms still appear in Marketing Hub but the forms no longer appear on my website. They had been working just fine. I removed the shortcode, updated, re-added the shortcode and updated again. The forms still do not appear. I attached a screenshot of the forms from the Wordpress plugin
Problem with "Publish Options" preview
Hello, Two days ago, the "publish options" worked perfectly ... creating a form for my website. Today, the same "publish options" does not show a preview and the website only shows a blank pop-up page. The form is missing. What happened? I tried to unassociate the list and reassociate the list. Same problem.
Posting on Facebook doesn't work anymore
Greetings, We've noticed that some of our scheduled post campaigns for facebook has been failing. It's showing this message on the reports tab: "Only owners of the URL have the ability to specify the picture, name, thumbnail or description". Please fix this as soon as possible.
SMS Journeys hanging in Zoho MarketingHub
I've created a couple of SMS journeys which are set to trigger when a new lead is added to a list. For some reason after a while the journey just hangs, and new additions just hang in under process. Am I missing something here? Anyone else see this? Thanks

Double Opt In Button
Good day, I contacted Zoho Support to enable the toggle switch for opt in/double opt in. They did so graciously without any headache, but it was the time it took me to understand and look for this button and dig through forums to find out how to do this. Not 100% sure why it is a support function, but if it is to remain so I would suggest adding the toggle switch and then put a little * next to the toggle switch that says "Please contact support to enable this function.". FormStack Integration Is Listed But Not Available?
I'm trying to set a new client up on MarketingHub, and they're very interested in FormStack. I've seen for a while that MarketingHub advertises an integration with FormStack, so I said "Yes, we should be able to integrate those two!". I go to integrate them, and I see the attached image. FormStack integration "Coming Soon". I know that I can use the external form parser/integrate with CRM and then push to MarketingHub, so I'm not totally out of luck. Can you add merge info into CRM tasks in MH?
Hi there, Just using the journey within MH and using CRM tasks for the first time. Doesn't seem to be a way of adding the lead information that flows through MH into the task. Am I missing something?
