I suggest that you stop giving dates. I do hope that what you finally release is worth the wait and WORKS. Until then, Zoho Campaigns is the way to go. Most MH V1 features don't work!

What to do in MarketingHub after converting a Lead into a CRM Customer (Contact)
Hey guys! First of all let me say, great job with this new addition. You nailed it! Now, I'm a bit confused about MarketingHub and the CRM sync. I understand the importance of marketing to Leads but, I don't see a clean view or tab where I can identify and market my CRM contacts (already customers) in MarketingHub interface. I see there's Pre-made Journey templates for customer retention and loyalty but there is not a specific tab to identify customers. All I see is a Leads tab which I understand

If/Else Condition
You do not have the option on the If/Else Condition if some Replies to an Email in your Marketing Automation. Only if they open or click a link inside. You do have this option in Zoho Campaigns. I strongly suggest you add it to Marketing Hub. The idea of a marketing campaign is that customers engage with you. There is no stronger indication of a Hot Lead than a direct response to an email.

Hello, I want to send out an email campaign, that links to a landing page, that holds a form, that when filled, feeds into the CRM as a lead, and associates it against a campaign. I want to build all of this within marketing hub, but I can't see how to build a landing page or how to associate the form with the campaign once the lead is entered. Can you trigger a Goal by a page's meta tag?
I'm 99% certain the answer to this is "no" but wanted to confirm. My client wants to trigger Goals by visits to pages that use specifc meta tags. The only way I've triggered Goals is through visits to a specific page or pages with a string in their URL.

Hello, We have faced some issues with zohoMarketingHub lately and the issue is being that a lead can't enter the journey more than once. We want to send emails to our leads, currently we are planning to send them through zoho crm but we still want to use the tracking system that MarktingHub is providing. Is there any way to embed those tracking links inside our email templates so we can track when a client opens the email and interacts with the content in this email? Is there any workaround?
Goal editing - bottom of screen obscured since Zoho One interface update
Since the Zoho One interface update, the bottom of the screen you use to edit Goals is inaccessible. See screen-1853. I'm trying to select the field called "Demo Score B" but you can see that it's hidden and not selectable.

How do you view lead tags longer than a few characters in length?
