New User Sign Up Confusion...
First of all the sign up system is very cumbersome, making a user sign up with Zoho to access My projects. Any plans on changing that like you did for Zoho Support? Because of that, we do not use the "Client Access" feature. Aside from being cumbersome, there's confusing prompts in the process. 1. The welcome email that goes out gives an Email Address and Password 2. The welcome page you are directed to asks for a Username and Password. Never does it say that the username is the email. 3.

How do I add multiple users to the Project if I have Manager access, I am able to add multiple user If I am Admin using "Import Users--> From Google Apps" but If I am a Manager "From Google Apps" option is not getting listed, only "From CRM" is getting listed, is this a bug? Task finding became hectic
Gantt view enables to see full month calendar of tasks. In previous version of Zoho, when a user clicks on task in Gantt view, browser automatically gets redirected to classic view as well as it automatically scrolls down exactly where the task is located in the list and highlights the task. The feature is not available in new Zoho. Now, Zoho only redirects to classic view but each time a user needs to find the desired task location by scrolling in hierarchical list. Improved Drop Box Synch
I'm hoping someone responds and tells me how I'm completely missing something but.... It would be very helpful if when you add a DropBox folder to ZHProjects, that it actually brought over the sub folders as well. I know this is possible, we had the functionality in TeamworkPM. We go through a lot of trouble to create sub folders for file organization only to have to 1. Create matching folders in ZH, sometimes dozens... then 2. Import/synch each one independently. Forum Questions: Sticky and Announcement
Can anyone explain what exactly the two functions at the bottom of new posts do: "Make it as sticky post" I see the little thumbtack icon, but the post gets buried down the page under new posts. And... "Make it as announcement" Does that go to everyone? Even if they've opted out of notifications? It would be nice if functions and check boxes in the actual software were covered in some sort of user's guide... Thanks!
Cannot access Zoho Project
My email account was used at my last employer and we paid for Zoho Project. We then cancelled it. I need to use this software again but Zoho has my user ID tied to this old Portal, which no longer exists. How do I sign up with my existing account? Telling me to call the Portal administrator from a bankrupt company is not a good option.
Copy or Save Existing Tasks/Milestones or Project into a Template?
HI, I had the free version of Zoho, I just upgraded to the Express which has Templates. Is it possible to copy or save the tasks and milestones I've already created for my current project as tasks/milestones for a Template? OR can I save my entire current project as a Template? The latter would probably be better because at the end of the project it has tasks that were added which is better.
Print task no longer an option in 4.0?
In 3.0 we could click on the print icon on the top right and a print version of the task would pop up for printing. Is this no longer an option? All I get is the pop-out of the task and when I go to print it wants to print the entire feed with the popout on top of it.

Can not access forum post in the new 4.0 version
Hi, We are having having problem accessing one of our Forum posts on the new 4.0 Zoho Projects. When I click on the "Forums" > "[Post Title]" nothing happens. Other posts are working fine and this issue happens only with this one. In the attachment you may find what we see in the Firebug one minute after clicking on the forum post. This is a critical issue for us since we are using Forums for discussions with our clients. Could you please take a look. Thanks, Milan
Uploading videos
Hi. I was uploading photos and videos from my iPad, but they wouldn't upload fully. Now I can't find them in zoho or on my iPad Also I notice that when I wish to upload and choose to create a photo within the zoho app that photo doesn't save to my iPad photo folder Can this be corrected in settings somewhere ?

Gantt View not Editable

Gantt Printing timescale
I tried printing the Gantt chart over a multi-month window, however, it automatically goes to "fit-to-width" view when printed, which loses dates and therefore, its purpose. I would prefer that the chart print in multiple pages, not condensed into one. Also, when converting to pdf, the chart is in portait mode.

Restore Forums
Double post in that I did not realize I needed to stat this as a problem. I sent an email to support but have not revived even an auto response. I mistakenly deleted all my forums in a project when trying to change categories. Is there a way to restore them?
Zoho category disaster - all forums deleted
I have a support request in , so this may be more of a warning. We were not using categories tight so I was working on figuring out how to change them - there was a category I did not need an a trash can button next to it which I assumed meant delete the category. Turns out it means delete all forums with the category an I have now deleted all our our most important content. What a dangerous UI design.

We have several projects, involving different people, but based on the same core software. For example, project A will follow the installation and modifications of this software in company A. Project B will do the same for company B. The software is common to company A and company B. We can report bugs on each of these projects, but they are all related to this core software. Missing Meetings
I have project meeting scheduled in August which have already elapsed. However, I am not able to find them in the elapsed meeting. They seemed to be there last time I checked. And I can still see the meetings from the calendar view. I need to retrieve the meeting notes from them. Could someone help me on this? Thank you.

Improve Printing in Projects
I suggest removing the frame that includes Filter By & Subtasks Help on the far right. It isn't necessary to include that for a print-out (above tasks it already tells you the filter), as it makes the scale/font of the tasks unbearably small. I know there is a adjust font size but with a long list of tasks, it's still hard to read. Thanks, Fred
Filter Gantt View by Internal/External Items
Hello, I imagine, we're not the only ones needing this. It would be very helpful to filter the calendar views by internal and external items. This is needed in part by the fact that client company users can't see Gantt Charts. I don't understand the logic of having internal and external items if when you set lists to external, the client can't see most of the calendar views anyway. Thanks in advance for considering.
No Gantt View for Clients?
Trying to use the New 4.0 version. We love the multiple options for viewing Milestones/Tasks, however... Gantt View is not available when the user is a client company. Why is that? How are we supposed to show clients the Gantt chart if it isn't available when they log in?
