Hello, I am trying to get user portals, after generate the autotoken. I put in the browser as follows: https://projectsapi.zoho.com/api/private/xml/dashbs/getportals?authtoken=c70302df229b3c75ddb9340a3df50cd8 And when I load blank page fits not returning the xml I ask. And when I load the address, I get the page in blank the Zoho Project. No Returns the xml I'm asking. ¿Does anyone KNOW WHY THIS happens? Hi, I've created a test Portal, but now I could not find the way to delete it. I went to my profile, but there is nothing there, I can't even find a Portal management page or something. Hide a folder
Hi, i've read a couple of posts about the archived projects option. Because logged hours and other project information gets lost when archiving a project, we created a folder named archive in the projects folder. So now we have several client folders and one archive folder. We are moving the finished projects to that folder. The only thing we want now is the possibility to hide that folder in the 'projects by client' view. Is that possible? Please let me know. Kinde regards Werner Moison

Gmail app has a limit on the Select Project drop down menu
The Gmail integration with Zoho projects seems to work fine. However, when I try to add a New Task, the "Select Project" drop down menu has a limit of 25 projects. Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?

Getting time sheet report for archive projects
I have 131 archive project and 80 active, I need to get a time report for the archive projects but time sheet export only include active project, before going ahead and re-activate all the 131 projects (which means they should be activated again) I was wondering if there is a way to get the time sheet for archive projects as well? by the way, why there is no option to get time sheet report for more than one person? it's available for one person only or everybody at the same time!

Timezone issues between Outlook 2013 and Zoho Projects
Hi, in my profile, my account is set up for Pacific Daylight Time. However, when I schedule a meeting for noon, it appears in my Outlook calendar at 5am the same day. Strangely, when I receive the Outlook invite for a new event created on Zoho, it states that the event was created in Monrovia/Reykjavik. I've attached the screenshot with the relevant parts circled in red. I have no idea what's going on here. Please help! I've seen similar questions asked before, but none seems to have been resolved.

I'm new to Zoho and I'm trying to upload a file. I select upload, browse to the file and try to upload. I keep getting the error message "no files to upload" What am I doing wrong? Regards Peter Hamilton
Rich Text Task Comments
Is there anything planned to add more editing functionality to the task comments which are currently plain text? It would be nice if we could add decoration to task comment text, such as underlining, italics and making text bold, and also colouring text. how to share project calendar w/ client users?
My client users say they do not have a calendar tab. I checked the project settings --> organize tabs --> client tabs and there is no option for displaying the calendar tab. How do we share the calendar with all our project members? Thanks!

How can I delete an event in Projects? When I open the event in the calendar, there is no option for deleting or remove. Also, is there anyway to associate an event with a task list? Ex: a meeting to discuss something in that task list?

Better compatibility for Zoho Users
There needs to be better compatibility for 2 Zoho users. For example. I have a client who uses Zoho for her business I do as well. She uses Zoho Projects to create/manage her own projects. I also have her as a client user for my projects where we manage project related to us. With the current setup, we have to use 2 different Zoho Projects login's for her to manage her own projects (as portal admin), and mine (as client user). This seems quite ridiculous and inconvenient, as we both use Zoho business
Cant Open the xls file upload from my gmail
I am using the free version of projects. I tried to export my task lists for a project into a .xls and .csv file. I received the links via email, however get an error window when I try to open these links. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jared
Rename Files in Zoho Projects
We should be able to rename files! In order to upload new versions we have to name everything exactly the same otherwise it doesn't take. Also, file names with spaces export with "+" replacing all of the spaces. In order to re-upload we then have to go and change those back to spaces because it won't upload a new version unless the file is named exactly the same. Little tweaks like this can save us a lot of time and headache! Please push it up the list. Dan Golden
Create Task from Subtask
Is there a way to take a subtask and create a new task? I have some subtasks that I would like to have higher visibility and as opposed to recreating the subtask and all of its subtasks, I would simply like to move it to a top level task.
Not getting email notifications
I just hired a new employee and set her up as a user. She shows up on projects correctly and she receives email notifications properly, but I am getting nothing from her. I have all the notification boxes checked. Any ideas? Thanks! Dave
Templates save tasks out of order
Hey, When I create a task list, and then click to make it available as a template, often the tasks in the template are not in the same order as the task list from which I created the template. Occasionally deleting the template, going into the original task list, reordering (by dragging things around and then back to the original order) solves the issue...but more often than not it does NOT solve the issue. Can anyone offer suggestions as to why this is, and ho to fix it? Thanks!
Zoho Projects iphone app: does not display all tasks
I don't see any way to show all tasks in the Zoho projects iPhone app. You can filter for various parameters, but for example there is no way to show tasks for all users. Any advice?

Urgent: Zoho documents are not saving properly! Recovery?
I have been using Zoho Projects to edit documents in my browser. Initially, everything was working fine, but now when I "save," the changes are not actually saved! There is no error message, but my work has been lost! Is there anywhere in your system where my work can be recovered? I am on an extremely tight deadline, and this has really set me back! :(
