SalesIQ - Chatbot fails to assign user id to tickets in Zoho Desk
I've run into this issue where chat bot when associating a ticket for zoho desk can create the ticket just fine and pull the information until I add an assignee ID. then it always fails. Is there something i'm missing? i've attached setting that does

Incoming Chat Notification
We have increased our incoming chat wait time to exceed the default 120 seconds. However after the 120 seconds the chat notification tone will stop even if nobody has picked up the chat. Is there a way we can increase the chat notification tone to match what we have set.
Zoho CRM integration - can't choose Lead Layout
Hi, It seems like Zoho Crm Leads created through SalesIQ are pushed directly to the Leads Standard layout. There is no option in SalesIQ settings to choose layout ( Screenshoy 114) nor inside Zoho CRM (Screenshot 115). Please comment on the situation. Thank you!

I downloaded the Mac version of SalesIQ, to try it as I'm not a permanent agent, just replacing a colleague. However, I don't use it as my main tools, I reduce the window to a minimum size, as shown on the screenshot. You then see some problem of the interface not playing nice with responsive. UI should be updated, I guess.
Unable to deactivate New and returning visitors notification on SalesIQ app
Hi, Despite the fact that I have deactivated these options in the setup, I am still getting push notifications and alerts from the SalesIQ app every time there is a new visitor on my Website (please see below screenshot I have well deactivated it, tried reinstalling the app, rebooting multiple times....). It's extremely annoying, I am on a Motorola GS5+ running the latest version of Android. Could you please help me out ?
Salesiq is down and makes pages go down!
I am paying for your salesiq service and is currently down. It would not be a big problem if all my pages in our site would load. You guys have to do something with your salesiq plugin so when your server does not respondo, let the pages load anyways...
Annoying chat invitation popping up on every page on my website.
How can I setup the SalesIQ chat function so that the chat inviation only occurs once (per visitor) and only on the homepage. Now, when a potential client visits my site and browses through the pages, a new chat invite pops up each time they go to a different page on my site. In short: I am annoying the hell out of my potential clients!
