Hello, Most of my billing is done in person. I would like to know if after I generate an invoice I could go directly to the paypal link for payment. Ideally I could create the invoice on my Android and process the payment on the same device immediately after generating the invoice. The administration of the company receives these invoices and creates additional summary invoices. I own a small swimming pool service. I think it would be wonderful if client could go to website create their own estimate/invoice ex. Swimming Pool Openings Estimate and there would be a list of different services we provide which they could pick and choose. Basically like a shopping cart but without the payment feature. I've followed the directions exactly on Zohos website to setup stripe but I still get this error. In Stripe I have also made sure I am using the Live API key and have verified my account so that it is now active and able to accept transactions. Sorry if this has been asked / answered already.. I have recurring invoices that automatically bill my clients for various services on a monthly basis. I also have project invoices for some of the same clients. Right now the result is two invoices going to the client on a monthly basis. I created two invoices: 1) from project reimbursable expenses and 2) from the project time tracker. They are two separate invoices. Now, we need to change the invoice, and put some items on one, some items on another. Hi, I am a Merchant Services Rep and my rates going through my services are much lower than any of the options provided for by Zoho. Is there a way to choose a different processor within Zoho? I also provide Business Consulting Services and have several clients that could use your system. I would love to be able to tell them they can incorporate their processing with their invoices and their CRM through Zoho. If they can't, I will probably find a solution where they can. Hi, I'm often working on several draft invoices at a time, and I may not send them in the same order as I initially created them. I noted that when the draft is saved it immediately receives an auto-generated invoice number, but this means that when the invoice is finally opened and sent, which may be a few days later, the number sequence may not align with the date sequence. I've noticed that in Zoho Invoice taxes can only be positive (i.e. the tax value is added to the total, for example a 1000$ object with a 20% tax would give a total of 1200$) In my country (Italy) we often display on invoices also negative taxes, which are paid by the seller.
