Hello, I am trying to import customer invoices for customers that have the same first and last name but cannot do this with the current ZoHo functionality. I can see that the API provides us the ability to give a customer ID when importing an invoice; however, the standard import functionality will only give us a CSV file field composing of only a first and last name and not something discriminating such as a date of birth or another unique identifier. New contact not showing up on search or in Edit Ticket

IMAP Access Blocked
It appears that my account no longer allows mail access via IMAP. I can authenticate on the SMTP server just fine, but IMAP always fails. I have two factor authentication turned on, and am using a app specific password. I have tried multiple mail clients (apple mail and airmail), and none of them can authenticate via IMAP. From looking in the forums it appears that when certain unspecified limits have been reached, IMAP access is blocked. Can you please unblock my account? Jared
