Desktop Sync on Mac OS X not functional

I have one particular e-mail account in my organisation that my email client keeps throwing an authentication error for. I can initially authenticate fine, but after ten minutes or so the authentication fails and the mail client asks to re-authenticate. Contacts not Syning from CRM to Contact List
I have made a list in Zoho CRM and have synced it to my Zoho contact list for a campaign. The list has been sitting in the active sync list for over 24 hours. The list is active in the sync but it is in the "import Queue" and has not added any of the contact to my list. Please advise me on how I can fix this problem. I have multiple list I need to create and everything is sitting in a queue and not transferring to my contact list.
Zoho Campaigns not showing recipients
Hello, I've created a campaign I'm hoping to send out tomorrow at 11am, the issue is when I go to add the contact lists that the email should be sent to it doesn't resolve. It shows the list being moved to selected but the box remains unchecked and the selected lists field remains blank. Are you aware of this issue? I'm using Google Chrome as the browser. Thanks

Zoho Books and Zoho Expenses have no banks integrated in my country for payments/expenses etc
Its quite disheartening to see that after all the setting up of approvals etc in Zoho Expenses, I cannot find a bank to pay our clients etc. We have a transactive/interactive bank account with ANZ Bank where we currently upload the payments. I would have expected something very similar with Zoho Books and Zoho Expenses where a expense recorded through Zoho Expenses after the final approval through the system would be uploaded to the bank for processing...unfortunately there are no banks listed there.
Zapier Integration - Datetime field pulling month value for minutes
I have an integration setup between Zapier and Zoho CRM using the new API. When creating an event entry, I pass a value for the start date/time formatted as: 2019-12-15T15:30:00-06:00 However, the Data Out is: 2019-12-15T15:12:00-06:00 It appears that the Month value is being passed to the minutes value. When I changed the test date to a November date the minutes get changed to '11' instead of '12' as shown in the example above.

Zoho Sheets - Spreadsheet loses cell borders by itself
Hi, I have an issue happening with one spreadsheet that is losing cell border formatting by itself. This spreadsheet is shared between some users, but they're not removing the formatting on the sheet, according to file history. For example, this morning the file had unfomatted cell borders (image attached to the post), and then like 5 hours after fixing the cell borders, they unformatted again. Hi Zoho forms team, we have the Zoho CRM lookup integrated and it finds contacts via Last Name. This works only for contacts who's names do not contain any mutated vowel such as ä,ö,ü. Any contact with such a vowel in his name does not show up (the search returns "No matches found."). Can you help with this bug please? Thank you, Jens

Zoho CRM Consuming 100% CPU with Google Chrome Helper
Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else is experience the same type of issue. But in recent months my Google Chrome Helper is constantly consumer between 80 - 100% of the CPU only when I have Zoho CRM running in the web browser. Every instance of Zoho CRM I am running (so say 3 tabs), each will be consuming this much CPU. I'm using a Mac Sierra with Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.62 (latest) I used to be able to run 5 - 6 instances of Zoho CRM with no issue.

How to setup a signature requirement when changing deal stage
Is there a way to set up zoho crm so that it requires a signature from a client when changing deal stage? Basically when changing deal stage I have some fields that become mandatory and customer must accept before proceeding, but we also need a signature from client. I signed up for the zoho sign trial but I cannot find option to make it a requirement. I understand when looking at the deal you can click on the button to initiate zoho sign but I would like to either make that option a requirement

Marketing Hub Campaign Periodic Sync Grabbing Wrong Module Info
Hello, I think there is a bug with Marketing Hub Sync right now. I am trying to sync all of my contacts associated with an active account and when I go to map fields, it is pulling in fields from the Deals module instead. I have the criteria clearly checked as Contacts and Accounts... It's been doing this for over two weeks now with no change. The first screen shot below shows the sync setup, and then the second screen shot shows the mapping pulling in "Portfolio Profiles" which is just our 'Deals'

First name in Leads
Hello, When Leads are created, they appear with a Lead name. When I want to edit the lead, only the field Last Name appears, and not the first name. I tried to go in Parameters -> Modules and Fields, and check if the first name was here. Actually, when I do a preview of how the lead should look, the first name appears as a field. I would like to be able to modify the first name when I'm in a lead. Can you help me please? Thanks in advance
