Cannot see images sent to our Zoho desk
I am not able to see images attached to email coming into our Zoho desk account. I have updated Chrome, cleared the cache, rebooted, verified being able to receive images from Zoho. All images (jpg, png, gif . . . etc) show the attached image instead of what our customer sends. This just started Friday 5/11/2018.
Mobile App Won't Show Unread Emails
The Zoho Mail mobile app was working 100% fine until a few days ago. There was an app update, and after that some problems started. The app isn't syncing correctly and now I don't see there are unread emails. I cleared the cache and logged in again, but no luck.

Subform field delimiter in reports
Hello. In the previous version of Creator, when I was designing a report with fields from a subform, I was able to specify a different delimiter for each field (with exception of the first one). Now in C5 I cannot find that functionality (it allows me to specify only one general delimiter, not one for each field). Is there a way to accomplish this in C5? And if the answer is "no", is there a way to go back to the previous Creator version? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I posted an issue 6 days ago about the Zoho Directory Sync tool I found in the Cliq settings but not had a response. I installed the tool but had an issue with it installing the password sync tool so uninstalled. Tried to re-install however it says its already linked to my account so can't authorise. How do I remove the original install from my Zoho Directory?

My colleague had problem that she could not receive mail from customer, I already followed these step. Check in spam mail -> nothing there. Check on receiver name -> correct. As customer if they receive any returned mail -> none. All I can say that, mail was already sent from customer. Reached to zoho server but look like the mail could not delivered. Please check. Folder missing from email
Last night when I logged into my emails, about 80% of my folders have disappeared. If I search for emails that should be in those folder I can find them, but I cannot navigate to them via the folders as the folders are missing. This is on my PC and also on the Zoho mail app (Android). Help!

Project management is a process too, Zoho! It needs automation with as much depth as CRM. Seriously who are you people serving with these half-cocked, half-thought out ideas? Automation in issues??? But none in for actual project management relating to service delivery??? Does any one actually use the issues automation?? I'm sick of having to close multiple unused tasks manually. I'm sick of having to add myself to the task every time instead of it being automatically added, when I'm the only user.

My domain is no longer available
I have a domain hosted by ZOHO "stratusdigital.co.zw". The past few days my domain name can no longer be found when I try to log into my email using the domain link. Zoho CRM Subform Field Widths
We just set up subforms in our Zoho CRM account but can't figure out how to fix the field widths. I've looked in modules, the subform itself, and the field properties itself, and can't seem to find it. For example: Our "Product" field (a lookup that finds our product name) might be 15 characters wide (we need longer) While the Quantity field might be 20 characters wide (where we really only need 3). Even if I adjust the number of characters allowed in a field, the width stays the same.

Hello, I had setup DKIM about yesterday (10 hours ago), and it still is unable to verify. Every time I click on "Verify" button it gives me: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now.
