Last Name cannot be empty error
Most of my forms, which have worked before, now only give this error when the whole formed is filled out, including the Last Name field. What changed? How does this get fixed?? Thanks, -Melissa

My auto reply is on, and it does probably sent mail to no-reply addressess, so my bounce rate went up, and now I can't send mail anymore. If above is the reason for being blocked then please report this as bug, cause that will be unwanted behaviour. If it's not the reason please tell me what to do to not getting blocked anymor. And please unblock me :)

Cannot connect to Zoho from external applications

Mail Policy can not be applied
I would like to apply Mail Policy to specific users. I test options like toogle Display Mail forward Settings/Attach from Cloud I don't forget to add user to apply the policy. I tried to logout/login again the intented user. but the Mail Policy is not applied. Enclosed is a screenshot to show I do select the user for the policy.

Zoho mail stopped working
I have hosted domain with zoho and created mail accounts. Now after two days I am unable to send and receive emails from outside mail providers such as gmail. Whereas internally mails are working. Now I am getting message to log on DNS server, make DKIM entry... We are small startup and do not know these terminology. And I cant find any tab to configure DNS setting in zoho admin panel. We we had so technical knowledge, had we created free account with zoho? Please help me with fixing this issue.

IMAP no longer working
Hello, I didn't change anything to my configuration, but starting about 24 hours ago I am no longer able to send/receive mail via IMAP (on Mac OS 10.12.2 using Mail app). It tells me Account error: invalid credentials. I have tried changing my password via web Zoho and then entering new password in Mail app account settings, but it still tells me invalid credentials. searchRecords API not returning all matched results.
The following criteria I use: (((First Name:name)OR(Account Name:name)OR(Last Name:name))) For example, there a list of records in contacts module with the last name of "test". Searching test gives me all matched results but searching the first name of a record with the last name of test doesn't show up for some strange reason. Sometimes it only returns some of the matched results but not all from confirming directly in zoho instead of using the search api. Now, is it something to do with the criteria
Zoho blocked my notification emails
I receive emails from a certain company whenever I have notifications from their services, but these emails stopped a while ago -about Oct 2016, we tried to solve the issue from our side, worked for a short time then stopped again-. I thought the problem in my settings in that company's services or in their own settings, but they told me that my mail provider blocked them, but I do not remember blocking any of their emails. When replying to a task comment via email and including an attachment, the attached file does not appear in the comment on Zoho Projects, but rather only goes to the Documents area. Header not displayed after file is closed and reopened
I have created templates that contain in the header my logo and my address (text box). Since today the text box is not displayed anymore. Also for existing documents when I open them the address text box disappears. I click on the header and hit enter and the text box appears. However when I download the file as pdf or word document the text box is not displayed even so I see it in the document. Until today this worked fine. When I open up older documents the same happens. This is a major issue
