Stopped getting zoho notifications in Email for Customer response to support tickets
Hello , I stopped receiving Notifications from customer response in my company with attached to this account.
ERROR
I deleted a contact card, I want to add it again but it says that the contact already exists. I searched the records and it is not there, and I even deleted it in the trash. The email is this one:xxxxx. Please help!!

Campaign email bounces and CRM entries
Using campaigns.zoho.com and utilizing a sync'd list works fine. But when emails bounce, they are removed from the campaign side, but there is no way to update the CRM record. You can see that the email bounced in CRM by looking at campaigns-> member status, but you can not use that field to create a search or any other way in which to update those bad records. Unable to delete Junk Lead and Not Qualified from the Lead Status field
Are Junk Lead and Not Qualified default fields or something that cannot be deleted? I have gone into the Leads module and made sure there are no records using these values. Other values have a minus sign that allows me to remove them, but these two fields do not have that option.
