Open URL for the CRM Mobile App?
Hi, Currently having great success setting up Zoho CRM and Creator for my business, however I've encountered an issue and was wondering if there is a solution. I have made a custom button to convert a Lead to an Appointment (custom module). The code maps the Lead fields, creates a new Appointment record, and then opens that same Appointment record so we can complete the form. To open the record I've used an Open URL function. Customize mobile version
Hello, I would like to start having the ability to customize the mobile version of the CRM app. As of now, the order of fields and layouts gets synced with the web configuration vertically which is not well User Friendly on Mobile. Please advise if we do have or can have this ability. I believe it's important.
Contact Details auto populate in Cases
Dear Team, In the mobile CRM App, when user selects contacts in the cases, we like to auto fetch details of address, contact person from the selected contacts. We tried applying custom function. However if the internet is off for the user den custom function is not working. Please suggest us another solution where it can fetch details offline as well when selected contacts in the cases.
Mobile App and Web App not showing same records
Steps to reproduce issue: User1 creates accounts, contacts and leads User1 transfers the accounts, contacts and leads to User2 due to promotion User2 then shares the accounts, contacts and leads to User3 as read-write +related records User2 creates new leads and shares them with User3 User3 can only see the items shared by User2 IF User2 created them. If User1 created them they are not visible in the Mobile App. They are visible to User3 via a browser.
Updated Mobile CRM not working for iPhone!!
My Zoho CRm for desktop works fine but every time I look to log into my mobile app it says"User not active" and it only started doing this after I updated the Mobile CRM app. I need this mobile version to manage my calendar. Please help
