No querystring neither file content for saving back a doc
Hi to all, I have a problem saving a document when I call Writer's remote API. First of all I make this request: https://exportwriter.zoho.com/remotedoc.im ?url=[my web site]/tmp1.doc &apikey=[my api key] &output=url &mode=normaledit &filename=tmp1.doc &lang=it &id=23234 &format=doc &saveurl=[my web site]/Save.aspx Then I use output url in a frame and Zoho Writer Editor appears loading correctly my file (tmp1.doc). After that, I edit my file adding some text and I click on Zoho Writer's button save.saving glitch for uneven times
Every 1st, 3rd, 5th etc time I open the file it wouldn't save. There message Saving.... appears and stays there indefinitely. the call never reach my server (because I log each call) But every 2nd, 4th etc it is fine This issue is only for sheet. Exportwriter is Ok each time I am wondering does it have something to do with zoho load balancing and power off during the current storm. It just appeared today. Hi After one day of using zoho writer 3.0 remote , these are the bugs we have: 1) we change the format of the document to "A4". we save it, we reopen it, the format is back to "letter" 2) Changing vertical layout of the text in a cell, to 'top', is also reset after reopening file. 3) Exporting to pdf or print preview, when we look in the writer everything is in one page, when we print, it print the last lines on second page. 4) something wrong with the tabs also after reopening example if you makeMake file names sent to Save url consistent
The file names are completely different - Sheet sends normal file name, Editor sends a file name prefixed with 7 digits, Show sends a file name without extension, so I have to append my file names with "-ppt" to recognize them later as ppt, otherwise there is no way my Save.aspx.cs can tell that this is ppt (or pptx) I guess this can be improved Examples: Show: if I upload a file myexample.ppt, Zoho imports it as myexample and I get Request.QueryString["filename"]="myexample", not myexample.pptEXPORT NOT FUNCTIONALITY (PDF, WORD , etc) NOT WORKING ANYMORE REMOTE WRITER

Hello, I wanted to use Zoho Remote API to edit office documents in my tool. I use this API https://apihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Open-Document.html It works fine with documents and spreadsheets . But when i try to open a presentation (ppt or pptx) it is opened only for view. It is not possible to edit. I send same request as for documents or spreadsheets. Only the host is different show.zoho.com . output=url (same as for documents). Why are presentations opened in view mode? Is edit mode supported in remotefooter header automatically add some new lines
Hello, When setting header / footer, it add automatically some white lines in the footer / header after reopening the file. Also adjusting height of the header does not help, after reloading the file, is always changed. Thanks to have a look to this problem. Br NicolasError 1849

I use the remote API with the URL param. It returns a nice URL with the editor link and dicid. Now I read elsewhere that you can use that URL for the src attar. of an Iframe. Hi Zoho team, For Zoho Sheet API code that has been working unmodified for a year, I recently started getting the error message: "Internal Server Error while processing this request".
