Scoring rules and Case escalation rules in Zoho recruit similar to Zoho CRM
I think it is a great idea to have candidate scoring rules similar to lead scoring rules in CRM. We should be able to assign the score based on Email- opened, received, bounced, Survey- Depending on the rating, campaigns, Twitter, Whatsapp, calls, etc.
