How to divide a single task into several different days? Let me explain, John has a 24-hour task. I schedule it for him Monday through Thursday. He has another task from another project at 8am on Tuesday that I can't move. Currently, in order to have a fair resource management, I divide the 24h task into 3 tasks of 8 hours that I place Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Deal Import Not Populating Correct Deal Owner
I am importing 20-30 deals from several Deal Owners. All Deal Owners are active. Using the 'Sample_Deal' spreadsheet provided by Zoho, I have populated the fields to be imported, including the 'Deal Owner' and the 'Deal Owner ID'. When going through the mapping steps, I see that the 'Sample Data From File' section shows the 'Deal Owner' and 'Deal Owner ID' are mapped and showing the correct owners. Blueprint - Error While Saving Transition
It looks like a CRM update has just been done. My blueprint has been working fine all day, but is suddenly coming up with an error message - Error While Saving Transition - every time a button is clicked even though no changes have been made to it. If the screen is refreshed after button click, the transition has taken place... but not sure why the error is popping up. Any ideas?

How to handle division spun out to new entity?
One of my customers spun out a division into a new, totally separate company. I don't want to lose the history between the new and old customer. The people are the same, but the emails are different. I figure I can setup a new company and just go back-and-forth between them for history. However, is there a way to have everything show up under one customer account so I can see everything in one place? If I change the customer name, I lost what was under the old versus the new. Backordering Items
We have integrated our website with Zoho Inventory. So basically stock and SKU information is flowing from Zoho Inventory to Zoho Commerce. So all items that does is not in stock in my warehouse shows as 'Out of Stock' on my website. However, I want to accept orders for SKUs that is currently not in my warehouse and backorder items from my suppliers once we get the inventory. Is this possible? In case I adjusted the stock position manually, will this affect my accounting on Zoho Inventory?

Allowing users to select a "Remember my Particulars" option in Zoho Forms.
To be clear, we realize that some of this functionality can be achieved through pre-filled URLs, but I'm wondering if there's a way to achieve something similar without having to do that. Essentially, we send a link via email to several users to a form. The form can be filled in multiple times, and each time the user has to input their name and email address. So we're wondering if there might be a way to select a "Remember my details" option that causes the form to save the details the user entered.

Table View aka Spreadsheet View - Please Add for Boards
Last year Zoho added a Table View to Zoho Desk and it's not an exagerration to say it was transformative and very well received. Could we have a Table View added to Boards in Zoho Connect? It would be beyond useful to be able to see all relevant fields in a Table View and instantly sort by any column, and IMO would significantly expand what can be done using a Board. Logging out of Zoho does not logout of SAML app like it should
I have SAML SSO setup for my organization, but whenever a user clicks the "Sign Out" button in their email inbox, it takes them to the Zoho logout page instead of the logout page specified in the SAML settings. This is an issue and it poses as a security threat because clicking the "Sign Out" button does not sign the user out of the SAML app like it should, and the email inbox can be accessed without a password by anyone with the device. Hi I am the admin of my organization. We have a zoho one account with 9 users. How do I enable the option to save organizational templates that I can share with my colleagues? Creator - Schema Builder - Can you save the view?
I find the schema builder really helpful at times for visualizing my apps and their architecture as they evolve. That is, is helpful after I reposition the form icons to make some visual sense. The thing is, the schema builder always defaults to a random system generated view/arrangement, which is generally chaotic to look at. One of the things that small businesses need is the ability to allow other users to access certain portions of the Zoho administration without needing to be the portal owner. Google Ads Conversions using different Stage name
Hi, Is it possible to rename the Stage Name from "Closed Won" to something else and still retain the Google Ads conversion push functionality?
