How do I get new subscribers from my inbox to contacts
I am trying to find a way to streamline the process of extracting names, email, etc that I get from new subscribers. These emails with new subscribers come to my inbox from my website. I need to move them either to contacts or some other program. This so that I can send them email messages in the future automatically. Either to my external autoresponder or something that zoho offers. Any suggestions? Thanks Harold

2 issues, We are not receiving some Customers responses on their tickets and Gmail users are not receiving our emails.
This is a big problem. When replying to a Customers ticket, a vast number of Gmail and Yahoo users are not receiving our replies, they can not locate in any of their folders including Spam/Trash. new interphase for pop accounts does not refresh
Hi, Beginning April 3rd, 2020 there is a new display for pop3 accounts. I observed two issues, count of new emails does not refresh until you actually refresh the entire page, so for example xxxxxx@google.com receives one email, the 1 will not display until the page is refreshed. If I select the account, email is visible, but the count does not update until the page is refreshed. SPF Verification
I use AWS Route 53 for managing my DNS, I was able to verify my SPF earlier on GoDaddy but I am not able to do so on Route 53. I've added a TXT entry with the SPF values: v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all. I cant really figure out what's wrong. Could someone who has experienced this before help me out? Notebook cannot use after creating an account
I got the app via Google Play Store. I created an account and signed up on my Android phone, then I cannot use it anymore. It has been showing "Initailising Notebook, hang on a sec." on the screen for over ten minutes. I can not see my preview notes on pc, either. Tried to restart under VPN, still doesn't work. Zoho Books Trigger "Bill Created" does not work
Hello everyone, I'm trying to set up a flow, but the trigger for Zoho Books "Bill Created" does not work. I've been trying repeatedly to test it by creating fake bills in Zoho Books and even tough the Webhooks seems to be called through a workflow in Zoho Books, nothing happens in Flow (nothing shows up in the History tab also). I've attached some screenshots. Does anyone have a solution please? Thank you!!

I want the "Approve" button to update current record
I thought this was as simple as using the criteria Zoho offers but I cannot seem to get the record to update. I just want to click the "Approve" button and update the record to Post. The only two options in the dropdown of BA are "For Approval" and "Post" I have attached images so you can easily see how I am trying to perform this action.
Custom Function Question - Create record, record name
I'm trying to create a custom function that creates a new deal from a custom module record. Only thing i don't know how to do is, program the function to get the deal name how we want it. We are an insurance broker and we use a custom module to manage the life cycle of a policy. When a policy is getting close to expiring we want a new deal created with info from the custom module captured in the deal. I've been able to get this working how I want it using zoho.crm.createRecord function and mapping

Time restriction - Zoho Booking and Zoho Meeting
If we integrate Bookings and Meeting, and charge the customer for 15 min slot, then the meeting will be automatically scheduled. Eg 11.15 AM to 11.30. What happens If meeting starts at 11.20? Will it extent till 11.35 or ends at 11.30 If the meeting does not end by 11.30? Can we extend it or will it stop? Can we restrict to the said timings? At the end of 15 min, it should disconnect with 1 or 2 min grace?

Bitly API no longer supports V3. Zoho Flow Errors out when using Bitly App
Zoho, I just connected to Bitly App using Zoho Flow. I tried creating a Bitlink and every time I try to anything with the Bitly app, I get the following error message when reviewing Flow History: Bitly says "{"resource":"bitlinks","description":"The JSON value provided is invalid.","message":"UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY"}" I went on to Bitly's website and noticed that their banner says they stopped supporting API V3 on March 1, 2020. Hello, Started from yesterday suddenly on one of my email hosted on zoho mail whenever I sent to my hotmail users they got in SPAM/JUNK folder, for gmail and yahoo its ok, but for hotmail and outlook its going to spam. Candidate portal - Applied Jobs
As a candidate apply for a position its states applied on the job portal. When we as a recruiter reject a candidate cant there be a way to indicate reject, submitted to client, etc on the position they applied for? This would stream line the process. And cant there be a notification for one to save after every edit or moving through the tabs. It seems like it does not autosave. This can become annoying and frustrating.
Custom HTML email template - head & gmail
Hello, A designer is creating a custom email template for us, but when I insert the HTML in a Zoho email template, we see that Zoho alters and deletes certain elements of the code. Especially the Head is negatively impacted, which causes the email to look very bad in Gmail. We would expect that a professional CRM tool can handle custom HTML templates, and, does not delete random elements of our template. Is there a structural fix for this issue? I tried to enter my 1.111B Class .xyz Domain to my Zoho accoutn and received the following message "This domain is not allowed to add. 554 5.1.8 Blocked email
Today I started getting messages for my outgoing emails that they were blocked. Not all of them, just some of them. I have seen that this happens if one has been sending inappropriate emails, too many emails, or has exhausted the space in their account, but I have done none to these. I also saw a suggestion that I clear this block using troubleshoot in the control panel, but what unable to find this option anywhere. Zoho Projects - Google Drive Links
We are just starting to use Zoho Projects for Google Apps, and would love to see a nice Google Drive Integration. What we need isnt the same as a dropbox integration, that is - What we put in Google Drive should stay in Google Drive, not beeing converted to and from doc/xls-format. It would be much much better to be able to point out a folder in Google Drive for each project, and be able to attach documents from that folder (really just links). Auto-Update Custom Zoho CRM Field with value located on "Zoho Spreadsheets"?
Version: Zoho CRM Professional, 4 users. I'm trying to automatically update a custom Zoho CRM field within the "Leads" module, using a value found on a "Zoho Docs Spreadsheet". I need this field in all zoho crm "lead" records to update automatically daily. The excel equivalent to what I want is using "VLOOKUP" a value within in another file. For instance, if "Car 123" is the zoho crm custom field value, it looks up "Car 123" in the external spreadsheet in column "A", then if found returns the value
Display related rows from custom table in a section of a tab on a CRM account.
We are just getting started with ZoHo applications. What is the best method for displaying related rows from a custom table(cust_equip) that is in our workspace in analytics which was created by uploading data from a excel worksheet. This custom table will be refreshed on a schedule so the user will be able to view most current data. Some Accounts, not all, have rows in this custom table(cust_equip). A CRM Account is related to it's rows in this custom table(cust_equip) by it's Zoho Id(i.e. AccountNumber).
Converting single line field to time sheet
Is it even possible to convert a single line field to calculate start time and end time in zoho? I would also like to add a time for lunch as well.. Example 30 minutes or 1 hour lunch to subtract from start and end time.
